These ingredients contain proteins, essential fatty acids, Vitamins A to E, zinc, and folic acid, all are essentials in keeping the skin healthy inside out.

Coconut Milk

Coconut milk has essential fatty acids (EFA) which is a great ingredient to soothe the skin and can be used to treat dry and irritated skin. Aside from EFA, coconut milk also consists of vitamins B, E, and C.
Vitamin B and E help the skin build up skin elasticity and skin cell hydration. This will result in softer and more supple skin quality, while vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps overcome free radicals and protects the skin from damage and dryness.
Strawberry
