‘Jersey Shore’ stars reveal their beauty “Must-Haves” for filming in Italy!

TV’s favorite fist pumpers are trading the Jersey Shore for Italy, but what will the famous GTL-ers not leave home without? The cast members of Jersey Shore took off on May 4 to begin filming season four, but before leaving America, they exclusively told Life & Style their must-have packing items.

“I can’t leave without packing my bronzer,” Snooki tells Life & Style. JWOWW wants to keep her glow as well, so “I will not be leaving without my spray tan,” she says.

Hair is very important to the cast, even internationally. “I’ll have my blow-dryer and hair gel to stay fresh to death,” Pauly D tells Life & Style. “I’m taking my hair straightener and two European [electrical] adapters, just in case one burns out,” says Sammi Sweetheart.

The stars also want to be sure to stay fit while abroad. “I can’t go to Italy without my protein powder,” says Ronnie. “There’s a lot of food there, but I’m bringing Special K meal bars,” Deena tells Life & Style.”

Vinny adds that he’ll be packing his shower caddy and Mike “The Situation” insists there will be a situation if he forgets his Chap Stick.

I could lie to you and tell you I’m over Jersey Shore… but I’m not gonna. I cannot wait for the new season!

Jordin Sparks reveals her secret to losing 30 pounds!

In an exclusive interview with AOL Music, Jordin Sparks reveals the secrets to her new body!

You posted a personal photo of yourself posing in an itty-bitty bikini on your Twitter page just a few days ago …

[Laughs] Yes! Well, I was going to go lay out and I was taking a picture, because I loved the bathing suit I was in. And it turned out so good and I was like, “Should I post this? Should I not? Should I post this, should I not? I have no idea. I don’t know what to do!” So, it was a battle.

So you wanted to show off your new body. How did you lose all that weight?

Something just clicked with me back in December and I said, “You know what? Instead of just talking about being active, I’m just going to go do it.” A lot of things happened like being active and making better choices, better portion control, nothing crazy. I made chicken alfredo last night for me and my friends, so it’s nothing crazy. But instead of having three servings, [I] just eat slowly and go with one and see if you’re still hungry after.

Did you feel any pressure from the industry to slim down? You told People earlier in your career that you were “comfortable” in your own skin and that you liked your curves. What changed?

I thought I looked good then as well! I think I look good at any shape or size. I did just turn 21 so … how do I explain this with out offending anyone? Let me put it this way, I’m still pretty young and its just one of those things that just happened. It wasn’t as if I was like, “Oh my God, every body else is so skinny and I have to be like that and be just like them.” It wasn’t that at all. It was just that I know I feel better when I’m more active and I know that it will do well for me in the long run. My schedule is getting so insane and I would much rather be healthy.

Every time someone sees a slimmed-down picture of me it’s not because I felt the pressure of the girl next to me being size 2, so I have to be that way too. It’s just making the choice for myself to be healthier, because I know that I’m less sick when I’m more active, I have more energy when I’m more active. And I definitely need all the energy I can get with this new song!

Yes, ‘I Am Woman’ is a pretty high energy, empowering female anthem. Who are some of your female role models?

In the industry, Gwen Stefani: [she’s] definitely the epitome of female empowerment. I love how she rocks that red lipstick no matter where she goes. She has a great fashion sense and she’s comfortable with herself. You see her in pictures from way back when, and she’s always been comfortable with who she is. Having the blue hair and doing crazy things — it’s just really cool to see someone like that. She’s beautiful and she was a mentor when I was on ‘Idol,’ which made me love her even more. In my personal life, my mom and my grandmothers are all so strong and they just go to show the power of working and having kids and wanting to do your own thing and taking care of business.

The single and ready to mingle Sparks also spills her celebrity crush, current ‘Idol’ favorites and school-girl giddiness about her upcoming gig on tour with New Kids on the Block and the Backstreet Boys. READ THE FULL INTERVIEW HERE – ALSO LISTEN TO JORDIN’S NEW SONG!

Olivia Wilde opens up about divorce, dating, and what her mother taught her about beauty!

Olivia Wilde graces the June cover of Glamour magazine, and I think she looks amazing! Olivia will be seen next in ‘Cowboys vs. Aliens’ opposite Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford.

The ‘House M.D.’ opens up about her divorce from Tao Ruspoli, whom she married when she was 18, and getting back into the dating scene.

“The mark of a good marriage is partnership and continuing to feel inspired by your spouse,” she tells the magazine. “I had that with Tao. But the end is not necessarily the tragedy. Staying in a relationship that is no longer working is the tragedy. Living unhappily—that’s the tragedy.”

What does she think of getting married so young? “Everyone said it to me—and I had to figure it out for myself—but you change so much. I’ve learned it’s important to spend time in a relationship with yourself and not being defined by your partner.”

She was rumored to have dated Justin Timberlake (after his split from Jessica Biel) and Ryan Gosling recently. With that said, she says she’s not a player. “I wish I could play the field. But it’s so not me. I go 100 percent into everything. And I’m a really good girlfriend.”

“I’m opening up my heart to the idea of dating. It’s funny—my friends would always come to me for romantic advice, [but] I know nothing, and things have changed since I was dating in high school! I’m really trying hard to spend this time working on myself.”

Her mom taught her a thing or two about beauty. Of her mother, she said,  “She’s gorgeous and she taught me that a real feminist doesn’t apologize for her beauty. You can be a sexy, beautiful woman and be the smartest person in the room.”
