Bath & Body Works is suing the “Twilight” films… huh?

Bath & Body Works is suing the distributor of the “Twilight” films, hoping to get a declaratory judgment that its “Twilight Woods” line of lotions, shower gels and other products doesn’t infringe the trademark on the hit vampire franchise.

This might be the best toiletry-related lawsuit since Johnny Carson’s estate won a permanent injunction to stop “Here’s Johnny Portable Toilets” in December.

The retailer says it’s under threat from Summit Entertainment because its lotions and other bathroom products allegedly rip off the design and color palate of “Twilight” promo materials.

Confusion in the marketplace? Summit allegedly thinks so. Now Bath & Body Works has beat Summit to the courthouse to stake its claim in federal court in Manhattan.

“The term ‘Twilight’ is used so as to evoke the idea of a particular time of day when the sun is just below the horizon, illuminating the landscape,” the lawsuit says. “Whereas defendant uses the term ‘Twilight’ to refer to defendant’s teen vampire saga.”

There was also previous legal action regarding the Bella’s jacket and the Twilight perfume that reused a bottle design from another company.

Introducing Jemma Kidd Makeup School

I was not familiar with the Jemma Kidd line and was excited to try the Stay Put Liner.  If the rest of the line is as great as the liner I am their new number one fan! The eyeliner is so smooth it goes on like a liquid but with the ease of a pencil. Once you let the liner set it’s not going anywhere until you wash it off. The smudge sponge tip is the cherry on the top, of this great eyeliner.

Water and smudge-proof eyeliner with added antioxidant Vitamin E for healthy and defined eyes.

WATCH: Kate Winselt poses nude in new lipstick commercial!

Kate Winslet has always been outspoken in her distaste for plastic surgery and airbrushing, but it seems the voluptuous Brit import has finally surrendered to the feature-altering clicks of a full Photoshop job in a new Lancôme ad.

In a campaign for new Lancôme lipstick collection L’Absolu Nu, the 35-year-old lies nude against champagne satin sheets, her face an image of poreless perfection, and her assets hidden by a strategically placed wrist and the iconic imprint of the Lancôme rose.

Shot by prominent fashion photographer Mario Testino, the campaign also features the Oscar winner draped in sheets, talking to a special someone on the phone — all while applying her mother-of-pearl-flecked lipstick to pillow-soft lips.

Winslet says the lipstick is genuinely her latest obsession.

“I do think that lipstick is the best friend of absolute femininity … and I also think there’s something happening right now in the cosmetic industry, which is that we’re seeing the big comeback of a great lipstick. L’Absolu Nu is a soft, delicious stain. It’s very, very sexy … very, very subtle,” said the silver-screen star.

What did you think of the commercial? I wasn’t really a fan! The music is terrible!
