Beauty and Your Beau…

A simply great product, on on end you have a great Schick Quattro razor to keep your legs smooth as buttah. Flip it over and you have the ultimate trimmer to keep your bits nice and neat. A great gift for both you and your man, maybe you can get some artistic shapes going?

I am a long time fan of the Quatrro razor but was new to the TrimStyle, it was so easy to use and painless. Why oh why didn’t I try it sooner?

The ultimate “leave-behind” product that he too can enjoy – oh, boy!

Every spontaneous girl knows what it’s like to live out of a bag, hopping back and forth between his place and yours. Since lugging around a week’s worth of clothes, beauty products and whatnot isn’t exactly your favorite past time, try packing products that you can leave behind, and here’s the catch….that he won’t mind! Products that he can use too will be welcome in the bachelor pad bathroom, and he’ll forget all about how you’ve gracefully claimed over half his closet.

Leave the pink loofah and scented soaps at home. Nothing says I love you more than soft, touchable legs, less clutter in his shower stall and a product that he can use… if he needs to. The Schick Quattro for WomenTrimStyle is the perfect partner to complete the beauty Ménage à trois that you and your beau can both enjoy.

Trim his fears!
Schick Quattro for WomenTrimStyle is the ultimate “leave-behind” tool to put him to the test and see how he handles the co-habitation relationship. The dual –sided, battery powered trimmer and razor in one, allows to you to trim your bikini area (or trim your groom) with one side, and get a smooth, close shave from the other. It might be made for a femme fatale, but who said the boy toy can’t can’t use it to keep his five o’clock stubble looking perfectly, scruffily trimmed after you’ve slipped away for the day?

A little (or not so little) tip your beau will thank you for….

Marion Cotillard films a comedic short for Lady Dior

Inspired by a 1973 short film by famed fashion photographer Richard Avedon that stars Lauren Hutton, the new Dior film features Marion as a young Hollywood movie-star, frolicking pool-side for a Dior TV commercial. She looks the part too, complete in oversized sunglasses and floppy hat. The teaser shows much of the film’s footage only sliced into quick frames for our intended deciphering.

The full film is due to be released tomorrow but in the meantime, if you just can’t wait any longer, you can view the making of the film right here:

Jessica Alba Covers InStyle Australia January 2012

Highlights from Jessica’s interview are as follows. For more, be sure to visit InStyle Australia!

On what she found most surprising about becoming a mother: “That I felt completely different. I really came into myself as a person. Before, I was always working for my identity. And then you take the focus off of yourself. I was probably—definitely—a bit of a narcissist. When you are young and an actor and driven, it’s a bizarre state of mind to be in at times. I was so focused on things that didn’t matter at the end of the day. Now I have what I do for a living in perspective. Working was everything to me, my entire identity, and once I got to step away from it, everything changed.”

On what’s different with the second baby:
“I’m more relaxed. Every sneeze or runny nose or little bump on the head that would have freaked me out before…I am more easygoing with that sort of thing. And the sense of knowing that I can get Haven to stop crying. It was all new with Honor and I wasn’t confident, and she could feel that so she continued to cry. That didn’t happen a lot, but when it happened I felt like I would crack.”

On how Cash feels about being the only guy in an all-female household:
“He’s totally great and a real hands-on dad. He’s just such a nice, good person…His biggest thing is that he doesn’t like the idea of them growing up and dating! He’s kidding, but I can tell he’s kind of thinking of the future already.”

On her go-to gadget:
“I just got the new iPhone 4s and I haven’t really figured out how to use it; I have the iPad at home. I had a BlackBerry before, so it’s all kind of new.”

On Haven’s must-haves:
“With a baby you always have diapers, and diaper wipes, and a change of clothes – the essentials. And a pacifier of course.”

On Honor’s must-haves:
“She likes to carry around different princesses, like Jasmine or Rapunzel or a Barbie, or some kind of dolly. Honor loves to carry around random things that she finds for the day, like sunglasses or binoculars. It changes all the time…Honor is really girly. She likes to dress up, try on my high heels and play with purses.”

On keeping Honor entertained:
“We always take a change of clothes — she’s three and likes to play in puddles and everything else. There’s always a coloured pencil or crayon and something for her to doodle on because there are moments wherever we are that she’s sitting and will want to do something. I think we started doing that when she was around 18 months old – that period when you can tell them to stop putting things in their mouth and to draw on the paper.”

On stroller derby:
“Always a double stroller, never two separate ones — one sits in front and one behind.”

On what she splurges on:
“My kids and my house. I’m always doing things to my house. I go that bit extra: I designed my furniture and had it made in an eco-friendly way.”
