Don’t let your anti-aging routine stop at your face!

Fernando Milani

If you think you have  a handle on anti- aging with a great eye cream and facial regimen you are missing one vital piece. Most women overlook their hair as they grow older, missing key steps to keeping their hair healthy, shiny and vibrant. Fortunately Anti-Aging hair care is one of the fastest growing hair care categories and there are lots of great products to get you hair Rapunzel would swoon over.

Pick the right haircut:

You don’t need to chop off your hair  just because your no longer getting carded on ladies night. Study your face and your  lines to determine the right cut. Long hair can make crows feet appear smaller while a great bob can diminish the look of laugh lines and under eye droop. Your stylist can help you find the perfect cut to play up your best features.

Great hair starts on the inside:

What you put in your body is as important as what you put on it. When it comes to healthy hair a high quality anti-aging supplement and a healthy balanced diet will aid you in keeping silky, vibrant hair. Your hair will also benefit from hair care products fortified with vitamins A, B, C, and E, try Vitamin Blueberry Avocado Shampoo ($3.99) infused with potent antioxidants.

Treat your hair to a mask:

A great deep conditioner or mask can help combat dryness and roughness. A great deep conditioner that is easy on the wallet is Age Beautiful Intense Strengthing Treatment (9.99), a customer favorite leaves hair moisturized and easy to manage and adds unbelievable shine.

Switch your Shampoo and Conditioner:

A switch to anti-aging shampoo and conditioner will help nourish  and moisturizeyour hair restoring a youthful shine. Alterna’s Caviar Moisture ($53.00)  goes beyond simple moisture by helping hair attract, retain, and rebalance the hydration it needs. One of my favorites Frederic Fekkai Ageless ($35-$125) anti-aging formula repairs and prevents the effects of biological, environmental and mechanical aging in hair by restoring hair’s intrinsic strength, structure and vitality.

See Demi Moore’s NEW Ann Taylor ads!

While going through what could be the most difficult time in her life, Demi Moore’s new Ann Taylor ads have been released.

She’s in the middle of a nasty public marriage crisis with husband Ashton Kutcher. Details of her husband’s alleged affair keep coming forward.

But at least she looks amazing in these new Ann Taylor ads for the Holiday 2011 campaign!

The 48-year-old looks happy and ethereal as she poses for famed fashion photographer Norman Jean Roy in a Nordic Winter Wonderland setting for the photo shoot.

In one snap, the brunette beauty lounges on a fur-lined recliner looking at the camera with a wide grin as she models a luxe faux chinchilla stole, a chandelier necklace, and tweed pants.

With a youthful glow and hardly a wrinkle on her complexion, she looks nowhere near her age in the chic ensemble.

Cuddled up in a beige fur-lined jacket and sparkly miniskirt, Demi shows off her slender legs in another snap as she is surrounded by snow-laden Christmas trees.

The actress also flaunts her slender figure in fitted jeans and an open-neck white shirt as she perches on a stool.

Behind-the-scenes snaps of the actress at work have also been revealed.

Demi is seen getting touched up by a make-up artist and hair stylist as she reads from a notebook in a cream lace miniskirt and red blouse.

The Striptease star also reviews her images in between takes with the photographer.

This is the second time the actress has featured in the designer’s campaigns.

She was also shot by fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier for the company’s Fall 2011 campaign.

Demi’s newest shoot will feature in this year’s December magazines and the actress has said that she is thrilled to continue the partnership with the brand.

‘It has been a true pleasure to continue my collaboration with Ann Taylor,’ she said.

‘The energy and enthusiasm behind the evolution of this iconic brand is remarkable, and being a part of that has been a wonderful creative experience. The new Ann Taylor is so chic, and I personally love their Holiday collection.’

Would you pay $895 for Louboutin’s Trash Bag purse?

Christian Louboutin just created a “trash” bag purse! Louboutin has been making “trash” shoes for ages, but how does it translate into a purse?

More from the Purse Blog (love that site):

Louboutin’s company is known for its cheeky take on luxury goods, so I can see why it would want to translate the success of the Trash shoes to a Trash bag. The problem with this execution, though, is that even though the bag is relatively petite, the trash material is just one big, square piece. There’s nothing to break it up, so all you see is bits of string, what might be a shoelace, some gold foil and a torn piece of an envelope. Perhaps the material would work better as a trim so that it would be more difficult to identify its contents.

The scalloped leather edges, shiny gold chain and leopard haircalf strap also don’t do the design any favors. I’ve long been a fan of the idea that too much is never enough, particularly when it comes to accessories, but this bag is just too muchBuy through Neiman Marcus for $895.

What do you think? Cute or meh?
