The stunning Reese Witherspoon covers the March issue of Glamour UK. She’s promoting her new film, ‘This Means War’. The photo shoot alongside the article is stunning. Reese looks better than ever!
She has two children, a husband and a very successful career – and she’s only in her 30′s! While the 35-year-old actress says that she doesn’t want any plastic surgery right now, she doesn’t know what the future will hold!
On plastic surgery:
“I’m not for it. I’m not against it. I have plenty of friends who do stuff and if it makes you feel good, great. But I don’t think it’s the fix for some sort of unease that you’re having about who you are as a human being. I don’t think I need plastic surgery at this point. Can we just go day-by-day on that one?”
On showing off her body in her new film:
She explains: “I don’t worry about it. I have the body I earned. I had two kids and I’m still strong and healthy.
And you start to have a different respect for your body the older you get. Instead of tearing yourself apart all the time, you start to go “Oh wow”.”
On being frugal(ish):
Despite earning millions of dollars per movie, Witherspoon admits she can be quite frugal when it comes to shopping.
Although she recently splashed out on a black Valentino bag, she revealed she can’t bring herself to buy an expensive bag from The Row - Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s fashion label.
“I have this fixation about this black leather The Row purse, but it’s so prohibitively expensive, I will not allow myself to buy it. I literally go to the store to visit it. Too much money – it feels decadent. I can’t wrap my brain around it. If I bought it, I’d only feel upset about it and take it back. However, she justified her purchase of the Valentino bag, because ‘it’s super-plain and beautiful and just feels like something you’ll have forever’.”
I just love her! There’s nothing I don’t like about her!
Erin and I went and saw an early screening of ‘This Means War’ last night – and I have to tell you – we absolutely LOVED it. I was really not expecting that. I don’t think the trailer is very good, and the whole premise just seemed so … lame. But it wasn’t! It was such a fun movie! I laughed – hard – and wasn’t expecting to! The chemistry between the three at the center of the movie is believable! There’s definitely a lot of cheese in this movie, and I rolled my eyes more than once, but I didn’t mind. It was a super fun movie, and I enjoyed every minute of it! PS: Tom Hardy and Chris Pine are HOT in it! Reese looks better than ever in this movie – her clothes were to die for! Chelsea Handler was hilarious. All the pieces just really fit together perfectly to make a really fun movie. It’s not going to win any awards – but I would definitely say it’s worth paying to see. Fun movie!
What it is:
A single-use hair-straightening product that provides manageability and frizz reduction for up to 30 shampoos.
What it does:
This gentle yet potent straightener features Bumble and bumble’s patent-pending Concen-straight Technology™. A non-damaging treatment, it straightens and smoothes hair while adding shine. A single application makes hair more manageable and easier to style while reducing frizz and flyaways.
What else you need to know:
Concen-straight Technology consists of a gemstone blend of pearl, tourmaline, Brazilian green malachite, and sapphire powder. These ingredients relax the inner S-bonds that give hair its natural curve. Polylysine, an amino acid, further refines the S-bonds to allow smoother shapes. A featherlight silicone blend seals, sets, and shapes hair straight for lasting smoothness and protection against heat. Ideal for all hair types, colors, and textures, this product is formulated without harsh straightening ingredients and is free of formaldehyde, cysteine, and lye.
Bumble and bumble recommends:
- For best results, use Bumble and bumble Straight Shampoo before applying the treatment. Do not condition.
- After the treatment, to maintain and increase the treatment’s effects, use Straight Shampoo and Conditioner.
- If blow drying, use Bumble and bumble Straight Blow Dry. This lightweight, heat-activated styling balm complements the Concen-straight Smoothing Treatment for the smoothest, softest looks.
- Customize your daily style: Air-drying (without heat) makes hair more manageable while revealing your natural texture. Blow-drying creates straight looks with body and movement. Using a flat-iron creates pin-straight looks.
On the men in her life: “I’ve had four boyfriends in my whole life. I’ve never been with anyone that’s not a boyfriend. If I spend time with a man, it’s because there’s somebody that I know well who has been a friend for a while.“
On not having a stylist: “When I’m going to an event, I’ll send Christian (Louboutin) a picture of my outfit and say, ‘What shoes do you think I should wear with this?’”
On kids: “I hope to have a few girls one day. If not girls, they better be trannies. Because I have some amazing shoes and bags and stories that need to be appreciated.”
On a report that she and Ryan Reynolds are looking for an apartment on Fifth Avenue: “Newspapers say a lot of stuff, don’t they? Though I wish I could afford half the places that I hear I’m looking at. Sign me up!”

The Professional Eye Smokifier makes a dark smoky eye so easy to create. It’s much easier than a liquid or gel liner the smooth sponge tip is easy to handle and the softer look means no stressing over a perfect line. I tried the Very Black I love how dark it is and the little silver sparkles, definitely makes your eyes pop.
Jillian Dempsey (wife of McDreamy Patrick Dempsey) has been working with Avon as their Global Creative Color Director and Celebrity Makeup Artist and has a couple amazing products.
The Professional Eye Smokifier is a powdered eyeliner that comes in a tube with a soft sponge-tipped applicator.
It currently comes in four colors including Very Black, Khaki, Bronze and Blue Grey.
