To be honest I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to like Pink Friday. While I’m a fan of Nicki’s music I wasn’t sure if this fragrance or bottle appealed to me at all.

Well I finally dove in and I have to say my first impression of the bottle was it was a little different.  But the darn thing has grown on my I can say it’s not like any other bottle of my dresser and there is just something fun about it.

Week 1 Update:

I am on the last day of my first week and I have to say it has not been easy road. I started my plan last Wednesday, saying good bye to  coffee, sugar, dairy and alcohol for the next 28 days.

Phase 1, as I started to plan I loved that I could have sprouted grain toast, smoothies and lots of fruit it was a yummy phase. But the lack of caffeine and abrupt change in my eating left me pretty exhausted. And even with all the fruit and grains I really missed dairy and healthy fats.

Phase 2, is two days of Protein and Veggies no fats, grains or fruits. If you have a sweet tooth and love carbs like myself this is a very tough two days. Struggling to get over the exhaustion from no caffeine and missing a lot of foods. My picky appetite doesn’t account for many choices on this phase so it was just about surviving. Do you think that LeAnn Rimes calls the paparazzi and lets them know where she is and what she’s doing? Seems like every time the girl puts on a bikini, she’s swarmed by paparazzi. She likes to act annoyed with the paps, but I’m guessing she actually quite gets off on it. She tweeted photos of herself on vacation, and then tweets “I guess I’ll go for an ocean dip at midnight cause there are at least 30 paparazzi and @kikicaldas has disowned me.” Hmm/

Anyway, these photos were taken in Miami, where LeAnn is vacationing. According to sources, LeAnn is taking a mini vacation (without her husband and his kids) before she begins touring for her new album.

And back to the bikini photos. Dare I say she’s looking better? She got WAY too skinny there for a while, but she actually looks pretty healthy in these pictures!
