JUST IN: More photos from Kim Kardashian’s Vogue pictorial released!

kim-kanye-vogue2

Last week Kim Kardashian’s Vogue cover was revealed, and it caused quite a bit of controversy (I’m loving Sarah Michelle Gellar’s reaction).

Now, photos from inside the magazine have been revealed.

The beautiful pictures (you can’t deny, they’re beautiful) were taken by Annie Leibovitz. In the photo above, Kanye West is holding their daughter North, and Kim has her hand on her daughter’s bottom.

Kim is thrilled with the cover and the photos inside.

A source revealed to E! News: ‘She’s thrilled about it – completely over the moon. For her, this is a dream come true.’

‘[Kim] doesn’t spend time worrying about the haters. She’s not stressing about the backlash, she honestly doesn’t pay attention to stuff like that.’

The announcement caused shockwaves when the image – which sees Kim looking demure in a Lanvin bridal gown as Kanye nestles up to her – was unveiled on Friday.

Anna was previously said to have declared the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star would only appear in the publication ‘over her dead body.’

However, Kim is thrilled with the result and it seems no one was more surprised than her friends, who were kept in the dark about her career landmark.

Gwyneth Paltrow named the new fact of Restorsea, talks her beauty routine, which includes oil pulling.

gwyneth-paltrow-oil-pulling

Gwyneth Paltrow has been named the new face of natural skincare line Restorsea, and E! got a chance to sit down with the actress and talk with her about the skincare line, plus her own beauty routine. Gwyneth explains why she swears by “oil pulling” which has been getting a lot of attention lately.

Here’s more from E!:

How did you discover Restorsea?
It was sent to me. I get a lot of things sent but this one stood out. I loved the smell; it wasn’t floral, which I find off putting. I started using it and noticed a difference quickly in my skin tone. When looking into the company more, I learned it was started by a woman…I loved that it was a woman! I am all about that, ways to empower women. We call it the “Fempire” here in the Goop office. I won’t ever endorse anything I don’t fully believe in.

How important to you is it to use natural ingredients in products?
I really think it’s important. I will rely and have relied on things in the past that aren’t 100 percent natural—like if you are going get lasers to get rid of sunspots, that’s not a natural product. So I always think a mix is good, but it’s very important that what you put on your skin is natural, because it’s so readily absorbed into your system and there are so many unregulated chemicals in our products—more so in America than any other country, and so I always try to look for natural or organic product.

What’s your daily beauty routine?
It’s very minimal. After I drop my kids, I always exercise and then I take a shower and I basically just put on moisturizer—and that’s kind of it. If I have a meeting or something I’ll put on some mascara, but that’s as far as I go.

Get Perfect Curls with RI CI

GroupShot_rev

My hair went from wavy to curly right about age 13. Since then I have been at war with my curls. Most of the time the frizz would be too bad or only half of my hair would be curly and I would be left tying my hair up to hide the mess. I was recently introduced to RI CI a line created especially for curly hair. I was skeptical, I have tried so many hair products and even if they work at first my hair ends up getting frizzy mid day or the curls break up and it looks messy.

The RI CI line created by Ricky Pennisi is built on the thought if your hair is truly saturated with moisture you will get the best curls. Now saturated usually makes me think of weighing my curls down, but RI CI has the perfect balance of moisture without weighing  hair down or making it greasy. I start with the RI CI Shampoo and conditioner and I comb my hair out in the shower as I rinse the conditioner out.  Once I have squeezed out the extra mositure I apple the Thirsty Styling gel and scrunch it up into my hair. I follow that with a few spritzes of the memory spray to lock in the curls. My final step is the velvet serum I just rub a bit in my hands then gently scrunch into my curls.

It might sound like a lot of steps but I can do it start to finish in about two minutes. Then I just let my hair dry. My curls have NEVER looked better. I have great curl from root to ends, no frizz and better yet they are locked in! I can tie my hair up in a hair tie and when I let it down my curls still look great. I generally like to straighten my hair whenever I go out for the evening. With RI CI I love the way my curls look so much I am actually choosing to go with my natural curls over heat styling on nights out. Love how great my hair looks and that it looks great enough I don’t feel the need to damage it with heat styling.

RI CI Curls
Successful salon owner and stylist Ricky Pennisi, the founder of RI CI products, has specialized in curly hair since 1995. Ricky recognized the need to develop cutting techniques and products uniquely designed for his curly-haired clients. Knowing that the challenges presented by curly hair is unique to each client, Ricky set out to develop a product line with the ability to achieve beautiful curls each and every time while keeping the range of products simple and easy to understand. Ricky developed formulations utilizing the best available ingredients and testing the products on his most challenging curly-haired clientele.

Women with curls often have a love/hate relationship with their hair. Curls are beautiful and striking, but sometimes women don’t know how to manage them. This is where RICI Curl Products come in. Not only do these products hydrate curls and tame frizz, but they can also help you achieve your best curl. These products will have your curls moisturized, shiny, and frizz-free in no time.
