Ke$ha cleans up well!

The self proclaimed “dirty little sister” dropped the grunge and looked actually beautiful at the BMI Pop Music Awards.

She wore a 1920′s flapper dress, and her hair was done beautifully. She looks….. girly?

While on her way to the event, she tweeted the picture above, saying “Puttin eyeliner on my lips. No big deal y’all.”
