Happy Spring! It’s time to shed those winter layers with Osmotics Micropeel Skin Resurfacing System and prep for the warmer weather.
I’ve tried this line, and after a couple weeks – I’ve REALLY seen an improvement in the surface of my skin! I have really noticed a change in the way my skin looks and feels. It feels almost like I’ve taken off a year of junk. Sounds gross, but if you try it – you’ll see what I mean!
It feels like you’ve gone to the spa, and paid top-of-the-line money for an expensive procedure. Here, you can do the same thing yourself – at home – for a fraction of the cost. PLUS- you can use it more than once!! CONTINUE READING…More »

La Roche-Posay’s Physiological Cleansing Gel has a unique formula with a cooling effect for a refreshing, deep clean feel. The rinse-off gel efficiently cleanses the skin without causing dryness or irritation and is safe for all skin types.
I’ve been using this Cleansing Gel for the last couple week, and have paired it with the Micellar Solution.
Micelles – micro-encapsulate dirt on skin’s surface and lift it up without rubbing, thereby maintaining skin’s physiological balance. Optimal safety on sensitive skin with Poloxamer, a cleansing ingredient so mild it is used in contact lens solutions. Effective to remove impurities while respecting skin’s natural balance.
Cleanses, tones and calms skin, while respecting its physiological balance.
Physiological Micellar Solution has won the following Awards:
2012 Allure Best of Beauty: Sensitive Skin
2011 Allure Best of Beauty: Sensitive Skin
These two together are absolutely AMAZING! My pores are almost non-existent anymore. It cleans, and tightens, and doesn’t dry out your skin! I’m in love, and you will be to! The products are both affordable ($20 or so each), and they will last you months! I’ve been using them for a couple weeks, and I’ve barely made a dent! Love it!
Kim Kardashian has taken her beauty routine to a whole new level! The reality star went to a crazy extreme to achieve good skin on Sunday’s episode of ‘Kourtney & Kim Take Miami’.
Taking her BFF Jonathan Cheban’s advice, the 32-year-old underwent a “blood facial.”
For the procedure, doctors draw blood from the arm, spin out the platelets, and then re-apply the blood to the skin via tiny needles.
For the out-there procedure, doctors draw blood from the arm, spin out the platelets and then apply the blood onto the via tiny needles. “I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful,” the now-pregnant Kim reasoned.
The experience may not have been worth it, however. “Oh my god! I will never get a facelift if it feels like that.” On Sunday, she tweeted a pic from the experience. “Look what @jonathancheban did to me!”
Here’s more from Huff Po:
The made-for-horror movie cosmetic procedure is gaining popularity in the U.S. because it’s an “organic alternative to those that require chemical injections,” according to Dr. Sam Lam, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon based in Dallas, Texas.
“The patient’s own platelet rich plasma (PRP) is applied to the skin preceded by a laser treatment and followed by a micro-needling process in which the skin is perforated with near microscopic holes,” explains Dr. Lam. “The growth factors in the platelet rich plasma reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while improving the skin’s tone and texture.”
On the latest episode of “Kourtney & Kim Take Miami,” she gives us an up-close view of the vampire facial. With her BFF Jonathan Cheban by her side, Kimmy can’t help but scream out over the agonizing buzzing of the laser: “Oww! That hurts so badly.”

How many of you ladies out there watch ‘Girls’? I have to admit I am obsessed with the show. I know it’s a bit out of my age range – the show definitely is for a different generation (girls born in the 90’s, not the 70’s, like me). But that doesn’t mean I enjoy it any less. One thing I will say with 100% certainty, is that I am SO HAPPY that I am NOT a single girl in NYC these days. It looks like hell, to me. Give me my sweats, suburbia, and a gorgeous husband that I love – any day!
Anyway, one of the girls of ‘Girls’ has just signed on with Simple Skincare. The gorgeous Allison Williams helps launch a new skincare line! “As a longtime fan of Simple skincare, I was so excited when they approached me about becoming their brand ambassador,” said Williams. “I love that their products keep my skin healthy-looking, without irritating it, because Simple is made for sensitive skin, like mine.”
I’m excited to share that one of Hollywood’s hottest new IT Girls, actress Allison Williams, is launching her first big beauty deal with Simple today! Simple is a range of facial skincare products that are perfect even for sensitive skin, and Williams reveals her holistic approach to skincare – plus the new 2013 Simple products that she relies on.
Women can visit the Simple Skincare Facebook page to learn more about Simple, meet the Simple Advisory Board experts, and learn new health and lifestyle tips for caring for skin. They can also view a quirky yet clever webisode about Williams and her skincare journey.
“We are thrilled to partner with Allison Williams on this ad campaign, which highlights the brand’s skincare expertise as well as the new additions to our 2013 product line,” said Rob Candelino, Vice President, Brand Building, Unilever Skincare. “The new products, like all Simple products, contain our purest possible ingredients for natural, healthy looking skin.”
None of the Simple products contain dyes, artificial perfumes or harsh irritants that can upset skin. All Simple products are designed to gently and effectively address sensitive skin needs and are pH balanced, dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic.
Williams made her first public appearance as the new face of the brand on February 6 at a New York City red carpet premiere for the documentary MAKERS: Women Who Make America, proudly presented by Simple, which will air on Tuesday, February 26 at 8 p.m. ET on PBS (check your local listings). The documentary shares the brand’s like-minded vision of celebrating women whose authenticity, ideals and pioneering spirit inspire others every day.
