Alison Sweeney shows off her weight loss in the new issue of Shape!

The ‘Biggest Loser’ host Alison Sweeney showed off her amazing body in the new issue of Shape Magazine!

The 36-year-old mother of two wore a small red bikini on the cover, showing off her abs!

At the height of her weight, the ‘Days of Our Lives’ actress was a size 12, back in 1998. Since then, she has lost 30 pounds. According to the magazine, a photo shoot last year inspired her to keep in shape.

The mother of eight-year-old Ben and four-year-old Megan also revealed that she finished a marathon, four half marathons and a triathlon in the past year.

The hardest part of the triathlon was getting over her fear of the open water.

‘Sure, I practiced in my pool for half an hour twice a week,’ Alison said, ‘but that didn’t prepare me for when I first stepped in the ocean. I was convinced I’d get eaten by a shark!’

She completed the event without a shark incident and already is training for another this fall.

Alison told the magazine the sporting challenges have added meaning to her workouts.

‘When I have a goal, like that race, and then actually cross the finish line, it’s so satisfying,’ she said. The 20-year soap opera veteran already has published The Mommy Diet guide for expecting mothers and told Shape she’s branched out into fiction.

Beyonce covers the latest Shape magazine – PLUS – releases new single, “Bow Down”

Beyonce has released the cover for her new single, “Bow Down.” The cover is cute, if you ask me…The song? Not so much. I really – REALLY – do not like the song at all.

PHOTOS: Beyonce’s new shoes are made of stingray, calf hair and anaconda.

Listen to it here:

I’m sorry but this song is awful. I’m sure the Beyonce superfans will like it no matter what, but I’m not a fan at all. “BOW DOWN BITCHES!” Um, no thanks.

In other Beyonce news, she also covered the latest issue of Shape Magazine. Here you go!

The gorgeous Emmy Rossum covers SELF Magazine: “I’m fit because I make it a priority and it’s part of my job.”

I looooooooooove Emmy Rossum. I just do, I don’t know why. I love her in ‘Shameless’, it’s one of my guilty pleasures. She’s just cute and confident, and doesn’t seem like a real bitch. I love her Instagram pictures – she’s just a good girl, IMO.

The actress lands the cover of SELF Magazine this month, and in the article she opens up about her body, and what she does to stay in shape. I think the read is really honest and interesting. Here are some tidbits via Celebitchy:

Her favorite workouts: “I like Physique 57, Burn 60 and SoulCycle or Flywheel, because I get positive energy from the people around me. You just can’t be the slacker. And I raise my hand like an idiot whenever the instructor asks if anyone is new to the class. I’m, like, ‘Yep, I’m the loser who hasn’t been here before.’ At least I’m not going to screw myself up by doing it wrong!”

Her quickie weight-loss workout: “When I want to drop weight quickly, I cut back on my cardio and do a lot of weights instead. It’s counterintuitive, because you would think, I should stay on the treadmill for five hours. I also cut out all fruit and eat a lot of protein and vegetables. My go-to moves are walking lunges, leg raises and my favorite: four sets of 15 ballet pliés, holding 8-pound weights.”

She exercises every day: “If I’ve had a meh workout the day before, and I’m still not feeling it, then I’ll do another meh one that day, too. I think you should just do something every day.”

Her longterm goal: “I don’t want to do the Ironman or run 10 miles, but I do want to go up into space one day. It costs [hundreds of thousands] right now, but I hope eventually it will be $500. And I want to make sure my heart is fit enough to handle the trip when I’m 50.”

Her version of “chaos”: “I don’t always make my bed. If my life is in a state of chaos, then I have to make it. But if I’m happy in my life, then I’m OK leaving a little chaos in my house.”

She has cheat days on her diet: “When I was filming Beautiful Creatures, I ate 1,500 calories a day—nutritionist Carrie Wiatt sent me meals from L.A. But I also gave myself two cheat days a week. I’d eat a steak and fries, an ice cream sundae and then go to Pinkberry. Of course, then I’d wake up the next morning and go, ‘Oh, great, I’m eating one poached egg and a green apple. Shoot me in the face.’ But it was totally worth it. Now I can gain back those 6 pounds that I had lost to do the movie.”

She was raised on a macrobiotic diet: “I was raised on a macrobiotic diet, so I was more interested in eating the junk food that other kids were eating, although I’d have to make sure my mom didn’t know. My mom has never owned a saltshaker. Now I have to sneak these contraband little salt packets from take-out restaurants into her house so that I can salt my food.”

Know your limits: “I’m not going to wake up like Gisele tomorrow. That’s just not going to happen. She’s a genetic freak—and stunning. I’m a human being. I’m fit because I make it a priority and it’s part of my job. I also try to stay confident, so 5 pounds up or down doesn’t affect my brain.”

Must love animals: “I don’t like a guy if he doesn’t like my animals. I have a dog, Cinnamon, and a cat.”

She likes where she is right now: “Right now I’m probably in the best shape that I’ve ever been in, although I don’t consider ‘best shape’ to necessarily mean the skinniest. I’ve been fatter and I’ve been skinnier than I am right now, but I’m more at peace than ever.”

I thought her routine was interesting. If she’s looking to drop weight fast she skips cardio and does just weights? Whatever works. Look at her, she seems to be doing fine!

Kate Walsh poses nude on the new cover of Shape Magazine!

Kate Walsh looks absolutely gorgeous in her birthday suit! She may be 44-years-old, but she certainly doesn’t look it!

The ‘Private Practice’ actress covers the March issue of Shape magazine.

“Right now, I feel really healthy, confident, and sexy,” she said about her decision to pose nude for the cover. “I’m enjoying my 40s and wanted to share that. Is it a mid-life crisis? I do drive a Porsche, so maybe it is!”

Although she plays a doctor on TV and finds herself working with faux plastic surgeons on the small screen, don’t think Walsh is ready to go under the knife in reality any time soon.

“Everyone has her line in the sand. I draw mine at facials and laser treatments,” she said. “But if others want to go a step further, it’s their call.”

Plastic surgery may not be her thing, but creating fragrances is definitely something Walsh has taken an interest in. She introduced the follow up to her “Boyfriend” scent – “Billionaire Boyfriend” — in January.

I’ve smelled her fragrance ‘Boyfriend’ and I’m not a fan. I totally hate the name of her new fragrance, ‘Billionaire Boyfriend’, it seems so…. what’s the word….Walmart? It sounds like the name of a fragrance you can buy at 7-11.

PS: She always has the most gorgeous skin. I must find what she uses on it!
