Reese Witherspoon was arrested last weekend following her husband’s own arrest for DUI. Reese was supposed to be promoting her new movie, ‘Mud,’ last week, but instead canceled all her TV appearances, and has been laying low. This cover shoot and interview obviously happened before her arrest, so it’s a bit interesting to read it now. Especially the part where she talks about saying her brain is just downright different after giving birth to her son, Tennessee.

Here are some tidbits:

On her brain shifting after the birth of her son Tennessee: “Ever since I had the baby, I can’t remember anything. Serious, this child stole my brain. I’m losing friendships over forgetting to get back to people. But you can’t keep up with everything. I’ve got a 13-year-old, a nine-year-old and a baby. It’s like CNN ticker tape running through my mind at all times [puts on robotic voice]: ‘Where is Ava? She’s okay. Good. Where is Deacon? He’s okay. Good. Where is Tennessee? Is he okay? Yes. Great. Back to Ava…’ It doesn’t stop.”

On men vs. women: “Even now, in America, a woman makes 87 cents to every dollar a man makes. If you’re a black woman, you make 75 cents. You’re a latin woman, it’s 67 cents. And this is doing the same job. There is enormous inequality in pay and inequality in the workplace to this day.”

Her Oscar is on display: “Because Lord knows every day is not a success, every year is not a success. You have to celebrate the good.”

I had the chance to pre-screen “This Means War” last week and I LOVED IT! Such a great romantic comedy I was laughing to the point of tears. Reese looks absolutely gorgeous in the movie, her legs are amazing!

The stunning Reese Witherspoon covers the March issue of Glamour UK. She’s promoting her new film, ‘This Means War’. The photo shoot alongside the article is stunning. Reese looks better than ever!

She has two children, a husband and a very successful career – and she’s only in her 30′s! While the 35-year-old actress says that she doesn’t want any plastic surgery right now, she doesn’t know what the future will hold!

On plastic surgery:

“I’m not for it. I’m not against it. I have plenty of friends who do stuff and if it makes you feel good, great. But I don’t think it’s the fix for some sort of unease that you’re having about who you are as a human being. I don’t think I need plastic surgery at this point. Can we just go day-by-day on that one?”

On showing off her body in her new film:

She explains: “I don’t worry about it. I have the body I earned. I had two kids and I’m still strong and healthy.
And you start to have a different respect for your body the older you get. Instead of tearing yourself apart all the time, you start to go “Oh wow”.”

On being frugal(ish):

Despite earning millions of dollars per movie, Witherspoon admits she can be quite frugal when it comes to shopping.
Although she recently splashed out on a black Valentino bag, she revealed she can’t bring herself to buy an expensive bag from The Row - Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s fashion label.

“I have this fixation about this black leather The Row purse, but it’s so prohibitively expensive, I will not allow myself to buy it. I literally go to the store to visit it. Too much money – it feels decadent. I can’t wrap my brain around it. If I bought it, I’d only feel upset about it and take it back. However, she justified her purchase of the Valentino bag, because ‘it’s super-plain and beautiful and just feels like something you’ll have forever’.”

I just love her! There’s nothing I don’t like about her!

Erin and I went and saw an early screening of ‘This Means War’ last night – and I have to tell you – we absolutely LOVED it. I was really not expecting that. I don’t think the trailer is very good, and the whole premise just seemed so … lame. But it wasn’t! It was such a fun movie! I laughed – hard – and wasn’t expecting to! The chemistry between the three at the center of the movie is believable! There’s definitely a lot of cheese in this movie, and I rolled my eyes more than once, but I didn’t mind. It was a super fun movie, and I enjoyed every minute of it! PS: Tom Hardy and Chris Pine are HOT in it! Reese looks better than ever in this movie – her clothes were to die for! Chelsea Handler was hilarious. All the pieces just really fit together perfectly to make a really fun movie. It’s not going to win any awards – but I would definitely say it’s worth paying to see. Fun movie!

Reese Witherspoon quietly married her agent-boyfriend Jim Toth on March 26 at her Ojai, California home.

The Oscar winner who had already been married before (to Ryan Phillippe) opted to not wear a traditional white gown, instead she wore a gorgeous custom-designed Monique Lhuillier blush-colored gown. The dress had a Chantilly lace corset bodice and a full tulle a-line skirt.

The gown — which matched Witherspoon’s 11-year-old daughter Ava’s custom Lhuillier dress — also featured a double-face silk satin ribbon with cascading silk flowers. The actress, 35, “wowed,” says a guest. “She took your breath away.” Underneath her dress, Witherspoon sported Jimmy Choo’s classic “Macy” satin platform sandal, giving her a boost next to her tall beau. When it came time to party, the bride ditched her long look and changed into a second Lhuillier design, a white silk minidress with a festive party skirt. But the party’s not over yet: since her nuptials, Witherspoon has been seeing wearing a large pave diamond wedding band from the William Goldberg Diamond Corporation, which matches the sparkling 4-carat diamond engagement ring (by the same brand) Toth presented to her when he proposed in December 2010.

Here we go again, another celebrity fragrance!

Reese Witherspoon, the ambassador for Avon, will soon be releasing three new fragrances under the brand!

“The fragrances capture my own personal philosophy on life. Their names — Laugh Often, Live Without Regrets and Love To The Fullest — these are all words I live by,” said Witherspoon.

Created to express the different moods of women, the Expressions collection will make its debut in April with Laugh Often’s mix of juicy mandarin and fragrant freesia. Live Without Regrets will follow in May with a warm weather-friendly floral fruity flavor, and Love To The Fullest will round out the series in August, with an oriental blend of amber, woods, plush peony and a hint of sweet black cherry.

A self-described “lover of fragrances,” Witherspoon said she jumped at the opportunity to create a trio of scents all at one time. The star credits the closest women in her life with endowing her with the passion to spritz.

“I remember my grandmother giving me the last bit of her perfume bottle, and pretending I was all grown up when I played with it. My mother also wore this beautiful gardenia perfume when we went on vacation. I always admired her, and thought she was the most beautiful woman in the world,” said Witherspoon.

Yet just like food palettes, fragrance preferences can change dramatically throughout a woman’s life. Chances are, the scent you doused in during your high school years is one that now repels you like opposite sides of a magnet.

Witherspoon revealed that she would buy anything and everything vanilla as a girl, but her preference has since shifted to white flowers sparked by citrus notes in recent years, a combination she happened upon while working with talented perfumers on her fragrance creations.

And, as in Hollywood, the outside packaging counts.

“I think it’s important how they look on your vanity. Fragrance is such an expression of being a woman,” said Witherspoon.

Make sure to really lift hair at roots, creating epic volume which is essential to the look. Next, use a 1 and a half-inch curling iron to create loose waves and movement. Gather the hair up into a ponytail high up at the back of the head. As you do this, push hair forward to create lift at the crown. Use bobby pins to keep the ponytail in place. Set the whole look off with a coat of maximum hold hairspray.

MILA KUNIS
Black Swan star Mila Kunis looked positively gorgeous in this prom-esque do. Begin by parting the hair deeply to the side. Use a ¾-inch curling iron to create a wavy, tousled texture throughout hair. Allow a top section to drape loosely across half the forehead, gather the rest of hair together at the nape of the neck. Twist hair up and into a loose bun underneath its base, securing with bobby pins. Apply a shine boosting hairspray to finish the look.

Best Song performer Gwyneth Paltrow’s sleek hair complemented her shimmery form-fitting gown perfectly. The star’s modern style looked sensational on the Red Carpet, but is also versatile enough to rock virtually anywhere. For this look, apply a shine serum throughout wet locks and blow dry straight with a concentrated nozzle attachment on the blow dryer. Part hair down the middle and style hair in sections with a 1-inch flattening iron. Finish the look with a shine boosting hairspray for a polished look.

JENNIFER LAWRENCE
