Within the first few days my skin looked and felt better there was a definite improvement in the laugh lines around my eyes. Cinema Verite Premiere – April 11th

The concept behind Diane Lane’s look for the Cinema Verite premiere was to keep it ultra feminine and diaphanous. This was achieved by using soft pinks and plums on her eyes, sheer petal on her cheeks and a see through raspberry shade on her lips. This look illustrated that a translucent approach to color is easy, subtle and totally wearable at any age.

First Diane’s skin was prepped a week in advance using the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Line: a trio of moisturizers that gently delivers the most advanced form of Retinol. Immediately prior to applying make-up, Neutrogena Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydration Moisturizer was used to prep the skin. This combination provided a flawless base for make-up application.

Then Neutrogena Healthy Skin liquid make-up in Natural Beige was applied with a large synthetic foundation brush and blended outward with a wet sponge to give her skin a sheer radiant glow. Neutrogena Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfector in Medium was used around the nose and under eye area.

Then her cheekbones were softly sculpted with Neutrogena Healthy Skin Custom Glow Blush & Bronzer Duo in Rosy Glow – using the bronzer under the cheekbones and the blusher on the apples as well as to her décolleté and across the bridge of her nose.

Then lining the eyes with Neutrogena Nourishing Eyeliner in Spiced Chocolate provided soft definition on both the top and bottom.

On her lips Neutrogena MoistureShine lip gloss completed her ultra feminine look.

Celebrity Make-up Artist Karan Mitchell created the following look for Vanessa Hudgens:

For the Sucker Punch premiere in Hollywood Vanessa Hudgens chose a gorgeous grey Jenny Packham dress with intricate beading. She wanted her make-up to reflect the glamorous style of the late Elizabeth Taylor.

We started the look by refreshing and cleansing the skin with Neutrogena Make-up Remover Cleaning Towelettes.

I began with the eyes by using Neutrogena Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfector in Medium as a base for her eye shadow. I chose the lightest shade from the Neutrogena Nourishing Eye Quad – Butter Creme blending from the crease to the brow as a highlight. I then blended the same shade on to the eyelid. I used the soft shell color from the palette in the crease. I then lined along the above lash and inside the eye with the Nourishing Eyeliner in Cosmic Black. I applied individual lashes and then added two coats of Healthy Lengths Mascara in Carbon Black.

For her skin we used Neutrogena Healthy Skin Compact Make-up in Warm Beige. The concealer under the eye was Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfector in Medium. To set the foundation I used Healthy Skin Powder in Medium. For her cheeks and her temples and chin, I used the Healthy Skin Custom Glow Blush & Bronzer Duo in Posie Glow for a subtle contour. I then blended the Mineral Sheers Blush in Rare Rose on the apples of her cheeks for a soft flush of color.

For the lips I began with the new Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm in Fresh Plum and finished with MoistureShine Gloss in Wine Wellness.

Diane Lane Secretariat Premiere – Los Angeles

Skin Prep – Diane Lane’s skin was prepped using Neutrogena Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydration Moisture 25 SPF. The event was during the day and as it has been so hot in Los Angeles, wanted to make sure she was protected. This moisturizer delivers both protection and a great base for make-up.
In the delicate eye area, Neutrogena Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydration Eye is the perfect product to hydrate this sensitive area.

Make-up – Diane Lane’s flawless look for the Los Angeles premiere of Secretariat was created using Neutrogena Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup, which was matched perfectly to her skin tone and used only where needed. Neutrogena Healthy Skin Brightening Eye Perfector was applied as a base for eye shadow to increase staying power. Neutrogena Healthy Skin Pressed Powder helped to set everything in place. Lane also used Neutrogena 3-in-1 Concealer for Eyes for any areas that required more coverage.
