I love the new Roseraie Des Delices collection from Lancôme. The soft pastel colors are beautiful and perfectly balanced to be very wearable. One of my favorites from the collection is La Roseraie Illuminating Powder the multi-colored blush has just the right amount of color to perk up my cheeks without overwhelming my fair skin. 

Lancôme is thrilled to introduce Roseraie Des Delices, the Spring 2012 Collection by Aaron De Mey. Inspired by a rose garden on a balmy, tranquil afternoon, the collection features blush, eyeshadow palettes, and lip colors in soft pinks and greens.

De Mey hoped to capture the palette of summer nature, translating water, sun and sky into makeup shades that illuminate both sun-kissed and fair complexions.

How it works:

In anticipation of the launch of Rouge In Love—our new longwear, high-intensity color lipstick—we produced this fun video featuring music by the famous French band Brigitte, created exclusively for Lancôme. Directed by Adria Petty (co-director of Beyoncé’s “Countdown” video) the video is an ode to the luxe new lipstick collection.

I absolutely love Kate Winslet, her stunning beauty withstanding she is truly an amazing actress, devoted humanitarian, and by all accounts a great mum. She just keeps getting better with age. Congratulations to Kate on her Honorary César Award!

Lancome ambassadress Kate Winslet honored at the César Awards!

On February 24th, the 37th César Awards will be held at the Châtelet Theater in Paris. Kate Winslet will receive an Honorary César Award in recognition of her impressive career. The César’s are widely recognized as the French equivalent of the Academy Awards.

The César Academy and its President, Alain Terzian, have voted this year to honor the Academy Award-winning actress for her acclaimed work in such films as “The Reader” (Best Actress in 2009), “Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind”, “Revolutionary Road”, “Little Children”, “Sense and Sensibility” and “Titanic”.

Kate recently won the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Mini-series or Motion Picture made for Television for her role in “Mildred Pierce”. She can presently be seen in the new Roman Polanski film, “Carnage”.
