A pregnant Kim Kardashian lands the cover of the spring issue of DuJour. The mom-to-be shows off her pregnant body in the new pictures. In the story, Kim reveals how ready she is for the next phase of her life,“It’s all about finding things that really excite you and motivate you and spark you all over again.” She also touches on her pending divorce from Kris Humphries, shares how her body type has influenced her trend-setting style, and sheds light on her pregnancy thus far.

On impending motherhood: “I just feel so blessed and excited and ready for the next phase.”

On privacy and priorities: “My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy. I’m ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I’m realizing everyone doesn’t need to know everything. I’m shifting my priorities.”

On the ninth season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians to be her last: “I think there’s always an evolution of, you know, what you want to do in life. It’s all about finding things that really excite you and motivate you and spark you all over again.”

On watching what she consumes during pregnancy: “I used to always say I can’t wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it’s completely different. I’m like, OK, I want to eat as healthy as possible. Though lately I’ve been watching shows like I’m Pregnant and Addicted to Meth. It definitely makes me feel better if I’m wanting one sip of Diet Coke or, you know, too much sugar. I’m like, This woman is on meth.”

Kim Kardashian is one of the most recognized women in the world; she has several reality shows, knocked herself up by Kanye West, and has a money tree planted in her back yard. You would think that whatever Kimmy wants, Kimmy gets. Well, think again.

The reality TV starlet trusted stylist Nicola Formichetti to transform her style for an Elle Magazine shoot. Formichetti, who has styled other A-list celebs such as Lady Gaga, admits that dressing Kim was a challenge. “People wouldn’t lend me the clothes. But that’s fashion snobbery,” he explained in the issue.

Fashion snobbery aside, Tom Ford, Oscar De La Renta, and Roberto Cavalli all lent their clothes, and Kim looked gorgeous from head-to-toe (but we’re not so sure about the drag queen makeup).

With a baby on the way, this could be one of Kim’s last shoots before she starts some serious baby bumpin’.

Kim said it was a dream working with Formichetti, and it was “so inspiring and interesting to see someone else’s take on me” in the Elle behind-the-scenes interview with the stylist. Watch the video here!

A while back Kim Kardashian tweeted some pictures from the set of this photo shoot. We knew the shoot would show her in lingerie, and now we’re getting a look at the full shoot! And call me crazy, but I think the pictures are actually really beautiful!

I’ve never heard of this French magazine before, and I suppose on their part it’s genius doing a photo shoot like this. Everyone’s going to want to take a look at these pictures!

In the spread, Kim flaunts her famous curves in beige negligees, garter belts, and draping pearl necklaces. She blogged on her website, “This was such a glamorous, feminine shoot and it was an honor to work with Vijat.”
