Kendall and Kylie Jenner made $100,000 each off their nail polish line with OPI

Another day, another dollar!

Kendall and Kylie Jenner launched their nail polish line with Nicole by OPI called “Kardashian Kolors” in 2011, and it was a very profitable venture. The 17 and 16 year olds named their polishes “All Kendall’ed Up,” “Kendall on the Katwalk,” “Rainbow in the S-ylie” and “Wear Something Spar-kylie,” as part of their collection with Kim, Kourtney and Khloe.

Kendall and Kylie were just 13 and 15 when the polish line launched, and it was extremely profitable for the girls.

RadarOnline.com obtained a copy of documents filed in Los Angeles court last year, revealing that the five sisters were offered $600,000 total and decided to split it evenly. Kendall and Kylie each made $100,000 for lending their names to the line through 2012.

What did they have to do to earn that six-figure paycheck? Not much. The girls had to attend a one-day photo shoot and a one-day media tour, as well as tweet and blog about the polishes on their own time. They also agreed to “use reasonable efforts” not to promote any other nail lacquer.

Since then, Kendall and Kylie’s fame has skyrocketed and both have gone on to secure more business deals. Together, they have a PacSun clothing collection and have endorsed Venus Gillette razors. Kendall has developed a lucrative modeling career and is currently one of the faces of Agua Bendita Swimwear.

OK! Magazine reported they make $5,000 per episode of E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Kendall allegedly commands up to $5,000 per promotional tweet, while Kylie can bring in $3,000.

Damn these Jenner girls!

Kendall Jenner Poses without Makeup

The 17-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kendall Jenner, sat down to discuss her modelling aspirations in an interview with V Magazine. She dishes on her famous family and giving up reality TV to pursue modeling.

PS: When you come to New York, do you get recognized a lot?
KJ Yeah, I’ve been trying to keep it low key when I have been here, I haven’t been recognized much. Taking a lot of taxi cabs, wearing sunglasses… but yeah, when I’m here with my family, everybody knows which hotel we’re staying at. It’s a little bit crazier.

Well we know your mom is so low profile, so.
KJ Oh, exactly.

Do you have any concerns coming into modeling, having done TV? Do you think that you have some barriers to break down in terms of being taken seriously as a model?
KJ One hundred percent. I don’t think some people take me very seriously. When I started off, I was way more of a personality in modeling and it wasn’t like, what I wanted to be exactly. I want to be more high fashion; I want to be more editorial, but hopefully I’ll just prove myself.

Who are some of your favorite designers that you would like to model for?
KJ I mean of course the big ones: Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana. All those big ones are my ultimate dream.

Which photographers are your favorites, and who would you most like to work with?
KJ I’ve actually this week gotten to shoot with some pretty incredible photographers. Working with Russell James was like a dream. I went to shoot with Greg Kadel yesterday and it was really incredible.

Are you more interested in runway or editorial?
KJ Editorial more, but I do runway. I didn’t think I’d want to do it but I’ve grown a love for it; it’s so fun for me.

If you had an agent or someone that hired you and they told you that to take modeling seriously, they’d want you to stop doing the TV show with your family, would you stop doing the show?
KJ I’ve never gotten that question before… Um, yeah. Probably.

Good answer. Not that you should, but it shows that you’re dedicated. Are you thinking of moving to New York?
KJ I mean, I love L.A., and I don’t mind flying out here whenever I have to. And I’m such a family person, and my whole family is over there, and all of my friends, I mean, I’d make new friends, but I don’t know.

Do you like New York?
KJ For a certain amount of time. It gets claustrophobic. I like having space.

Seventeen welcomes Kendall and Kylie Jenner as West Coast Fashion Contributors‏

Kendall and Kylie Jenner, stars of E!’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, have been appointed West Coast fashion contributors to Seventeen, the best-selling monthly teen magazine that reaches more than 13 million readers every month. “Kendall & Kylie’s Fashion Journal” will debut in the June/July issue and will feature the latest fashion and beauty tips.

“People always ask us for fashion and beauty tips, and now we can share them directly with readers. It’s really exciting for us!” the girls said. Kendall and Kylie will also appear in a series of twice-a-month Web videos on seventeen.com, revealing their latest fashion finds, style inspirations, and tips for girls who want to achieve the looks themselves.

Selected as Seventeen Style Stars in 2011, the burgeoning fashionistas were a natural fit as columnists. “Kendall and Kylie have such a cool West Coast sense of style—they are evolving into true style icons,” said Seventeen Editor-in-Chief Ann Shoket. “Our readers already love them, and they’ll get to know Kendall and Kylie in a great new way as our newest fashion contributors.”

Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch, Kris Jenner, is tremendously supportive of the girls’ new venture. “I am so proud and excited that Kendall and Kylie have partnered with Seventeen magazine,” said Kris. “I remember when I was growing up what an iconic and special magazine Seventeen was and what an influence it had on my style and fashion sense. . . . I can’t believe all these years later Kendall and Kylie have the opportunity to be West Coast contributors—so amazing!”

Kendall and Kylie’s transition into fashion columnists will be captured throughout season seven of their hit E! reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which premieres on Sunday, May 20 at 9:00pm ET/PT.

Kendall Jenner considering skipping college to become a model.

Kendall Jenner is looking to make it big in the modelling world. One thing she’s willing to put on hold for the time being is college.

“I’m not really thinking about college right now,”Jenner, 16, told PEOPLE Monday while trying on dresses at Rent the Runway‘s Pop-up Shop at West Hollywood’s Andaz Hotel.“If my career, like, blows up and gets really big, [modeling] is what I would do.”

Though we’ve seen Kim Kardashian‘s younger sis struggle with her nerves while walking the runway onKeeping Up With the Kardashians, Jenner says those initial jitters are all in the past.

“I want to [walk the runway] again and again,”she said.“It was so much fun, like the adrenaline and everything was really fun.”

The budding fashionista, who calls her own style “edgy [and] girly, but colorful,” shared some of her own style tips and influences.

“I like to add color… and I think that heels make the outfit look 10 times better,” said Jenner, who often “raids” sister Kourtney‘s closet.“I love Hervé Léger dresses just because I love bandage dresses … [and] I love jumpers.”

As for showing skin both on and off the runway, the teen believes less is more.

“I think if you look cute but like, classy, even though you are showing skin, I think that’s fine,”she said.“I wouldn’t like, go crazy. I am not that kind of a person.”

What would you think of your daughter wanted to put a hold on college to further her modelling career? What would you say?
