PHOTO: Jennifer Lawrence cuts her hair off!

No, no, no, no!!!! What was Jennifer Lawrence thinking!? Everyone’s cutting their hair off! I’ve liked most of them – until now. Jennifer Lawrence, 23, debuted a shocking new look today with this photo she posted on her FB page. She was on her way to a fan event, where she will hang out with her ‘Hunger Games’ costars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth.

A source in Atlanta, where the Hunger Games films are shot, tells Us Weekly that Riawna Capri, a stylist at West Hollywood’s Nine Zero One Salon, cut and dyed Lawrence’s hair a few weeks ago. (Capri herself could not be reached for comment.)

“It’s short and drastic,” the source tells Us of the Oscar winner’s new ‘do.

Another insider describes it as “kind of a punk pixie cut that has a few longer pieces on one side but is shorter everywhere else.” The source notes that she’s been wearing wigs to film the third Hunger Games installment, Mockingjay: Part 1. (Lawrence’s character, Katniss Everdeen, has long, nearly jet-black hair in the movies.)

The Hunger Games fan event is Lawrence’s first official appearance in weeks. On Monday, Nov. 4, she was spotted arriving in L.A. — but she kept her back-to-blonde hair strategically hidden under a slouchy gray beanie.

Okay maybe it’s not as bad as Kate Gosselin’s old ‘do, but I don’t really like it for Jennifer. It makes her look way older than she really is. Now is the time to be young, Jen!

What do you think of her new cut?

I’m obsessing over Herbal Essences new line – and you’ll never guess why?

mhu-reviews-he-115

Do you remember those shampoo and conditioner combos from the 1990′s? I can’t even remember the brand (although I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m thinking of Herbal Essences) but I remember the smell…. like it was yesterday. Okay FINE – I’m a child of the 90′s. (Well officially, I’m a child of the late 70′s and 80′s also, but who’s counting!) I remember those first summer camp trips when I was younger, and taking bottles of shampoo and conditioner to use. I remember the smell perfectly. So fruity, so intense…. the smell was so strong you could smell it on the hair for hours after – and that really was the point anyway, wasn’t it?

Well Herbal Essences Hydralicious Collection has me jonzing for the old days! I’m not kidding you this new line is absolutely delicious – forget hydralicious! The scent is so strong – so fun – you will never want to go back to your dull “adult” shampoo again. Every time I try these products I’m reminded of better days…. you know…. the carefree, fun days. I’m dying over this line. It’s just so much stinking fun! You can customize the line – according to your own hair type! I’ve tried them all. My favorite? The water lily and apricot splash. YUM!

Hydralicious contains two shampoo formulas that are swirled together to both cleanse and condition the hair. When combined with water, the swirls release moisturizers that wrap hair in a thick, creamy lather for a fruit-filled, moisturizing treat to leave her with soft, smooth, touchable hair.

The collection includes three different formulas so you can choose the right boost for your hair:

Herbal Essences Hydralicious & Volume Boost for hair that needs body, as well as hydration to counter effects of styling and other sources of damage, with a splash of juicy apricot

Herbal Essences Hydralicious & Silky Boost helps get the right balance of hydration in damaged parts of the hair, leaving it moisturized, smooth and shiny, with the delightful scent of fresh strawberries

Herbal Essences Hydralicious & De-Damage Boost for dry, damaged, frizzy hair that needs extra conditioning with protection against key sources of dehydration such as coloring and heat damage, all with a delicious blend of black currant

Seriously – you don’t need a daughter to try this new line. Do yourself a favor. Pick them up – and be transported back to your wonderful youth! Herbal Essences makes the line – so you know you can trust them! Enjoy!!

Now I want to go back to summer camp.

Kristin Chenoweth cut all her hair off!

kristin-chenoweth-hair

It’s the week of dramatic hair do-overs! First Pamela Anderson cut all her hair off (and looks GORGEOUS), then Jennifer Hudson cut her hair into a cute bob! The latest celeb to cut her hair off is Kristin Chenoweth!

The singer cut her hair off – and her hairstylist, Jonathan Hanosek, shared a picture on his Instagram page.”Look who came to the salon today!!! @KChenoweth went short today for her new film!!” he captioned the shot. “We had sooo much fun!”

Hanousek and Chenoweth have been working together for years, he tells Us Weekly. The haircut “was inspired by her next film with Jennifer Lopez” — The Boy Next Door — but it’s been a long time coming.

“KC and I have been talking about doing something like this for years,” Hanousek tells Us of the Broadway vet, 45. “I think that having this film come up gave her the freedom to just go for it.”

And stick with it, too. “She is in love with her new haircut!” the West Hollywood-based stylist raves. “I’m sure that we will maintain it for some time.”

What do you think about Kristin’s cut?

Is it just me – or does she look sickly?
