Britney Spears got a collagen injection October 18 in Beverly Hills. A new photo (right) of the singer, 25, reveal her new fuller, thicker lips. (Angelina Jolie, anyone?)

But it seems Spears isn’t quite comfortable showing off her new kisser just yet.
