HOW TO GET THE LOOK:
Adir first started out by applying the FEKKAI COIFF™ NONCHALANT PIECING & FORMING WAX to the palm his hands and then added the FEKKAI COIFF™ EXTRA CONTROL STYLING GEL for extra texture and shine. He applied this to her damp hair until it was full saturated.
To get the right texture with short layered haircut like Kristen’s, you must apply enough products until you get it to look right and feels right. It is important to fully saturate the hair with product.
Once the product was in the hair he took a blow-drier and hand dried into his desired style, directing all the hair with his fingers back to the nape of her neck.

To finish the look, he took the back of the hair and pulled it into a twisted ponytail letting the ends out and then spraying the front with the FEKKAI SHEER HOLD HAIRSPRAY. Make sure to leave random pieces out for a more chill vibe.

I was going through all of our Frederic Fekkai posts, and I cannot believe we missed this product!  I think I’ve tried all of Fekkai’s products, and this is hands down – my favorite. I have the worst hair.  It wants to be frizzy, and dry, and I have tried just about every product under the sun.  Very few products actually work for me, and this is one that works like a charm.  After I’ve styled my hair, I spray this lightly on my hair, and it instantly transforms it!  It is soft and shiny, and frizz-free!! If you haven’t tried it yet – then now’s the time!

Jocelyn and I hit the mall for lunch and a Sephora run last week and both tried new products that were a major let down. I was buying some more Fekkai Glossing Cream when I was sucked into their Summer Hair display, after talking with a Sephora associate she told me it would leave the perfect beachy wind blown curl to my hair. So I ran like a giddy girl to  the register to make my purchase.

Then next day I am so excited to try my Fekkai Summer Spray and I notice how great it smells, like coconut and summer and I think I am moments away from hair that will make Giselle Bundchen envious. When I first spray some on my hair I did notice some big wavy curls. My problem was as it dried it left my hair feeling tacky and dried out and it really felt like it was covered in salt water. The longer is was in the bigger my hair seemed to grow, I felt like a chia pet by dinner time.

My final verdict is if you have a lot of natural curl and your hair tends to be dry AVOID this product. But if you have a little natural wave to your hair a spritz or two of Fekkai Summer Hair will probably leave your hair looking gorgeous and me green with envy.

I’m a huge Fekkai fan.  I love his products.  They are usually really great.  But this last product I bought, I’m going to have to return. 

I have naturally curly hair – and not the beautiful curls, either.  The almost wavy – almost curly – almost straight hair.  It can’t make up it’s mind what it wants to do.  On top of my confused hair, I also have mounds of it.  I have very thick hair, and it tends to be frizzy.  (Wow, I’m painting myself in a beautiful picture, aren’t I!?)

I’ve always bought the Glossing Cream, and that works FABULOUS.  But this time, I decided I was going to buy something else – to help with my curls.  Make them curlier – make them soft and wavy.  So I picked up Fekkai’s Wave Creating Spray. 

I hated it.  I does make my hair curlier – but it also dries it out, and makes it very frizzy.  It also leaves my hair with a weird texture.  I dunno, it’s almost sticky – like a hairspray would make your hair feel.

This product may work better with people who have less hair, or finer hair.  I’d love to hear if any of you like this product – and how it works for you! Personally, I’d have to give this 1 out of 4 stars.
