Perfect for Winter! Try Pür Minerals M.M.C. Anti-Aging Moisture Complex!

Christmas201400013

Is your skin needing a little extra somethin’somethin’ this winter? Man, mine sure is.

About a month ago I was sent Pür Minerals M.M.C. Anti-Aging Moisture Complex to sample, and I am LOVING the results so far!

Feed your skin with anti-oxidants and protect it from free radicals. This anti-aging, hydrating cream has been shown to improve skin texture and tone in as little as 10 days. The M.M.C. Anti-Aging Moisture Complex is free of chemical dyes and contains key ingredients that detoxify, condition and renew the skin. ($38, PurMinerals.com)

I love the fact that it’s only $38. That’s pretty affordable for a high-end moisturizer. I think this is a great buy for anyone who wants to improve their skin.

Introducing Pevonia Botanica!

Christmas201400002

I was recently introduced to a new luxury skincare line called Pevonia. I’ve been using the line for about a month now, and I’ll be reviewing the products I’ve tried over the next couple weeks. To start, I’d like to give you a quick intro into the brand:

As a worldwide leader in professional skincare, Pevonia was the first company to develop a Spa Skincare Line exclusively for elite spas and Professional Aestheticians. Our products launched in 1991 fully recognizing that the most effective skincare ingredients can be found in the safest source on earth, in nature. By combining effective, safe and natural ingredients with decades of experience in professional skincare, Pevonia continues to be the global leader in skin rejuvenation and health.

First: Phyto-Gel Cleanser ($41.00)

Foam away impurities! Enticingly aromatic, Pevonia’s Phyto-Gel Cleanser provides a delightful natural soft lather for deep cleansing. Saponaria, Rosemary, Lemon, and Pine precisely blend to rid your skin of impurities and surface toxins. Non-alkaline and non-drying, this gel is suited for all skin types.

I’ve been using this cleanser every morning in my shower – and I absolutely love it. I need a soft, gentle cleanser that will not only clean my skin, but remove all my excess makeup. This cleanser is just the product to cover all my needs. It doesn’t dry my skin out – it leaves it feeling clean and refreshed!

Second: Combination Skin Lotion ($30.50)

Refresh and brighten! Pevonia’s alcohol-free Combination Skin Lotion helps you face the day with balanced, radiant skin by combining Aloe for its hydrating benefits with Lactic Acid for its oil-control capability.

I follow up the cleanser with this safe and gentle lotion. This is a lotion for combination skin, which is exactly what I have. My skin is neither dry nor oily, and this lotion hits the nail on the head. After using this product, my skin does not feel heavy, or greasy as is sometimes the case with face lotion.

I am really impressed with this line that I hadn’t heard about until they sent me these products. I was not paid for this post, the opinions are 100% mine.

REVIEW: Korres Black Pine Firming, Lifting & Antiwrinkle Night Cream

IMG_4279

See this itty-bitty sample? Isn’t that the saddest thing ever? I hate it when I fall completely madly in love with something and all I have is this tiny sample. I’ll be cutting the tube open and scraping it out with my fingernail before the week is out.

Korres’ gorgeous, new night cream is delicious. It makes my skin feel absolutely renewed by morning! It is on the spendy side, but I think I might have to spring for it. I noticed VISIBLE results in just a couple days.

A rich firming, contouring, and lifting night cream powered by a proprietary blend of active and patented ingredients for advanced results.

This luxurious cream works overnight, the optimal time for skin to receive intense treatment, delivering a continuous dose of black pine actives while you sleep for advanced firming, contouring, and lifting action to boost skin firmness, resist deep wrinkles, and prevent sagging. The formula was discovered by blending the highly active and efficacious black pine extract with a proprietary blend containing eight unique active ingredients, five of which are patented.

Research results:
– During two years of primary clinical research, KORRES Research Lab in Athens, Greece discovered that powerful black pine polyphenols maintain the elasticity of the connective tissue better than all other polyphenols studied

REVIEW: Swiss Chocolate for your face!? #khchocolate

IMG_4121

Formulated with premium Swiss chocolate, avocado and wheat germ, Karin Herzog’s Chocolate! is an intensive, vitamin-rich facial moisturizer. This nighttime nourishing treatment soothes skin and restores suppleness.  Additional ingredients such as vitamin A help revive and renew dull complexions, while vitamin E soothes irritation and the rich chocolate creates a truly comforting experience.

A truly indulgent experience that promotes a radiant, soft complexion.

Delicious scent of Swiss chocolate aids relaxation.

I absolutely love this product. It feels like silk once you put it on your skin, and it smells like chocolate heaven! I absolutely noticed a difference in my skin in the morning, when applied the night before. Sweet chocolate dreams await! :)

My skin feels softer and smoother in the morning when using this product once a day. I think it’s amazing!
