Get The Look: Emma Stone in Revlon at the ‘Aloha’ Los Angeles Premiere

I can’t wait to see this!

REVLON Global Brand Ambassador Emma Stone attended the Los Angeles premiere for her new movie ‘Aloha’ on Wednesday, May 27th 2015. Inspired by Emma’s elegant pearl dress, Celebrity Makeup Artist, Rachel Goodwin created a soft, ethereal look enhanced by a subtle pink lip.

“I wanted Emma’s makeup look to have a very soft and luminous quality to it. I used all cream and taupe shades on her eyes, cheeks and lips to pick up the iridescence of the pearls in her dress.”

Goodwin used the following products for Emma’s red carpet look:

  • Skin was prepped with REVLON Nearly Naked Makeup in Vanilla (SRP: $9.99) for a natural sheer base that allowed Emma’s freckles to come through.
  • Goodwin highlighted the cheekbones with REVLON PhotoReady Skinlights Face Illuminator in Pink Light (SRP: $12.99) to create a soft glow followed by REVLON Cream Blush in Charmed (SRP: $12.99) to warm Emma’s cheeks.

  • To create depth, Goodwin started with REVLON ColorStay 16 Hour Eye Shadow Quad in Addictive (SRP: $7.99) and blended shades #2 and #3 across the lower lid and in the crease.
  • To continue to highlight the eye, the lightest pearl cream shade from REVLON Illuminance Crème Shadow in Skinlights (SRP: $6.99) was applied on the lids, brow bone, and inner corners to keep the look soft and ethereal.
  • To finish, lashes were curled with the REVLON Gold Series Titanium Coated Lash Curler (SRP: $9.99) and both the upper and lower lashes were brushed with two coats of REVLON Bold Lacquer Length & Volume Mascara in Black (SRP: $7.99).
  • Brows were defined and set with REVLON Brow Fantasy in Dark Blond (SRP: $7.50).

  • To complete the look, lips were outlined and filled with REVLON ColorStay Lip Liner in Natural (SRP: $7.99) and topped with one coat of REVLON Ultra HD Lip Lacquer in HD Smoky Topaz (SRP: $8.99) to create a slight shimmer.

SEE IT HERE! Emma Stone has a dramatic new haircut!

Actress Emma Stone showed off a dramatic new hairdo at the ‘Birdman’ premiere during the 71st Venice Film Festival at Palazzo Del Cinema on August 27, 2014 in Venice, Italy.

The short, blunt-cut bob is by Mara Roszack, who posted the Instagram pic below.

What do you think of her new look? I think she’s adorable!!

What about her makeup? Makeup artist Rachel Goodwin used Revlon ColorBurst Laquer Balm in Whimsical and blotted with a tissue to diminish extra shine for a soft magenta stain effect.

Erin and I took in “Magic in the Moonlight” this week, which is Emma’s new movie, written and directed by Woody Allen. We loved it. She’s adorable in it, naturally. She stars alongside Colin Firth, who is absolute perfection, IMO.

Emma Stone is pretty in pink at last night’s Met Gala!

The gorgeous, the lovely, the beautiful Emma Stone was pretty in pink at last night’s Met Gala!

To achieve Emma’s neutral eye, blend a combination of Mary Kay Cream Eye Color in Metallic Taupe and Mary Kay Cream Eye Color in Iced Cocoa on the eyelids and then lightly smudge the blended color below the lower lash line to create a subtle smoky effect.

Apply one coat of Mary Kay Lash, Love, Lengthening Mascara in I <3 Black.

Contour with Mary Kay Mineral Bronzing Powder in Desert Sun and then dab Mary Kay Mineral Cheek Color in Sparkling Cider on the apples of the cheeks for a subtle sun kissed glow.

Line the lips with Mary Kay Lip Liner in Neutral and then apply Mary Kay True Dimensions Lipstick in Pink Cherie. Add Mary Kay NouriShine Plus Lip Gloss in Pink Parfait in the very center of the lips to create a touch of shine!

Emma Stone lands the May cover of Vogue!

The beautiful Emma Stone graces the May cover of Vogue magazine. The photos were done by Craig McDean, and Emma looks beautiful – but I will NEVER understand why her styling is always so bad in photoshoots. I don’t know what it is, but her clothes are ALWAYS so boring in magazines. I’m sure there are shoots where she looks gorgeous, but more times than not….her clothes are just boring.

Anwyay, Emma is promoting her new movie, ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2′ and here are the highlights:

On breaking into show-biz no matter how: “I realized why the people on The Bachelor go so crazy. You go in there rolling your eyes, thinking, This is just a reality search competition, but then you’re there for seven weeks, and you just really, really want to win.”

On Googling herself: “I don’t usually like what I find. But some of it is really funny.” Stone mentions Internet comments that referred to her as a “Bland Basic Bitch,” which was probably meant as a dig, but she found it hilarious, to the point that at dinner she now begins to refer to herself as “That Bland Basic Bitch.”

On her boyfriend/costar Andrew Garfield: “I think I’ve learned a lot by being around him. And, you know, he is an incredibly important person to me.”

She is so cute! I think she’s an incredibly talented actress – and I can’t wait to see what she does next! Enough of these super-hero movies, Emma, get back to stuff like ‘The Help!’
