My Must-Have Number 9 makes the list this year because I absolutely cannot live without it! It really is an amazing product that makes my eyes look so much better! I smooth it on after I’ve finished my eye makeup, and it really completes the look. The gel cools the skin, and gives my under-eyes a finished, airbrushed look.
