Cameron Diaz overshares in her new book, ‘The Body Book’

Cameron Diaz has written a book. Because WHY NOT. Every other celebrity is doing it. Apparently if you’re mildly successful in Hollywood (okay, you don’t even have to be successful) you apparently have what it takes to write a book. Cameron wrote “The Body Book,” and excerpts from inside are finally making their way online. She devoted an entire section of the book to the nether-region, titled “In Praise of Pubes.”

Radar got the excerpt, and it’s pretty….. revealing.

“I hear that there’s a big fad these days of young women undergoing laser hair removal on all of their lady bits,” Diaz writes. “… Personally, I think permanent laser hair removal sounds like a crazy idea. Forever? I know you may think you’ll be wearing the same style of shoes forever and the same style of jeans forever, but you won’t. The idea that vaginas are preferable in a hairless state is a pretty recent phenomenon, and all fads change, people.”

Then — fair warning — Diaz gets a little graphic. “Pubic hair also serves as a pretty draping that makes it a little mysterious to the one who might be courting your sexiness,” Diaz intones. “Pubes keep the goods private, which can entice a lover to come and take a closer look at what you have to offer. Also, let’s be honest: just like every other part of your body, your labia major is not immune to gravity. Do you really want a hairless vagina for the rest of your life?”

She continues, “It’s a personal decision, but I’m just putting it out there: Consider leaving your vagina fully dressed, ladies. Twenty years from now, you will still want to be presenting it to someone special, and it would be nice to let him or her unwrap it like the gift that it is.”

I am so grossed out with this topic. I guess it’s her book, and she can talk about her labia if she wants to, but I could have gone a lifetime without thinking about what gravity does to a vagina.

16-year-old Kylie Jenner has gone goth!

“Merry Christmas Twit World,” she wrote with the picture she posted on her Twitter page on Christmas Day.

Remember the days of dark cherry lipstick? Man, everyone was wearing it!? Well, if Gwyneth Paltrow is going to bring back the giant-mom-jean-look, then why not bring back goth.

Khloe Kardashian covers the new Cosmo UK, says “I’m excited for this year to be over with.”

Khloe Kardashian covers the latest issue of Cosmo UK. She looks great, doesn’t she? The interview is on the boring side, if you ask me. She doesn’t really give any dirt on her split from husband Lamar Odom, but talks about it rather cryptically. She’s excited for this year to be over – and to move on to the next phase. And who can blame her? I’d say she definitely had a rough year, and she really gave her marriage a try, it just didn’t pan out. Hoping 2014 is a better year for her!

Other interesting tidbit in the interview is the confession that Kris Jenner told her she needed a nose job – when she was NINE YEARS OLD. NINE!!

For Khloe Kardashian, 2014 represents a departure from the pain that 2013 brought. This year the reality star ended her four-year marriage to NBA player Lamar Odom after months of the basketball player’s rumored drug use and cheating. Now Kardashian, 29, is appearing on the February 2013 cover of British Cosmopolitan, where she opens up about her hopes for next year.

The issue, which goes on sale on Jan. 2 and is available in digital format on Apple Newsstands, features the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star talking about a variety of topics from her divorce to her new niece North West.

Kardashian filed for divorce in 2013, and she’s ready to put the painful year behind her.

“I love the new year, new beginnings,” she said in her cover story. “I need a good fresh start; I’m excited for this year to be over with. You only live once so let’s make that one time perfect. We can’t fix our mistakes and imperfections, so let’s have fun. You get what you give out in life.”

But though she’s excited to put her failed marriage behind her, Kardashian says she has no regrets.

The most beautiful woman on the planet lands the January cover of Allure

I think Penelope Cruz is one of the most beautiful women on the planet. She is flawless. She looks just as gorgeous WITH makeup as she does without. When she opens her mouth, pure sexiness oozes out. She is just so hot!

The actress landed the January (already!?) cover of Allure Magazine, and she does not disappoint. Penelope opens up about being addicted to breastfeeding, her family and her diet. Here’s more!

Diet & breastfeeding: Penélope Cruz dug into the soup, Peking duck, and crispy fish she ordered during her Allure interview, saying, “As you can see, we’re not going to talk about diet for this story.” Not the deprivation type, anyway. Cruz, mother of six-month-old Luna, says, “I’m supposed to get extra calories because breast-feeding you burn, like, an extra 500 a day. I was breast-feeding my son 13 months, and I plan to do the same with my daughter. [Nursing] is addictive. It’s hard when the day comes when you have to stop.”

Family: Cruz and her husband, actor Javier Bardem, are also parents to Leonardo, almost 3. “I always knew I wanted a family because of the way I grew up,” she says. “Family has always been the most important thing.”

Hair: “My parents owned a hair salon, so I learned a few tricks there. I can cut people’s hair—if they let me,” says Cruz.

On Salma Hayek: “She’s one of my best friends. We call each other huevos [eggs]. It was because when we were working together, we didn’t have children yet, so we used to sleep much more than now. So it was a way to call each other lazy. We slept in the same bed so many times and it was like she was always trying to wake me up and call me huevos.”

I loved breastfeeding my first son. I did it for 13 months as well, and I loved every single time. By time my second son came around I wasn’t able to keep it up like I could with my first. But I understand the love for breastfeeding. It’s something only YOU and your child can experience. it’s such a bonding thing.
