Jessica Simpson in talks with Weight Watchers for a $4 million deal!

Mom-to-be Jessica Simpson is in talks with Weight Watchers for a $4 million deal to shed pregnancy pounds, Us Weekly has exclusively learned.

Simpson had initially intended to sign with the company to lose weight she had gained over the past few years. “But then she got pregnant,” says the source. “So this was the perfect compromise.”

Under the contract, Simpson would have one year to use the point-counting program to “lose a significant amount of weight,” says the insider.

What do you think about Jessica and Weight Watchers teaming up?

Get the Look: Katy Perry Pretty in Pink at the 2011 AMA’s

Fekkai Celebrity Stylist Renato Campora Created A High-Fashion Sophisticated Up-Do for Katy Perry at 39th Annual American Music Awards

INSPIRATION: A very sculpted, modern take on a French twist. Renato was inspired for this look after seeing Katy’s red carpet dress. The look was elegant and sophisticated but also innovative.

How To Get the Look: Renato began by applying Fekkai Coiff Bouffant Lifting & Texturizing Spray Gel to wet hair in order to give it a firm base. He then blow-dried the hair while brushing it through with a flat brush. He used a one-inch curling iron throughout the hair to create body while giving it a sturdy foundation. Renato then heavily teased the hair. To create the final up-do, he pushed the front of the hair forward and wrapped the rest into a French twist, securing it with hairpins. To complete the look, Renato added an accessory made by Vivienne Westwood by weaving it into the hair with his fingers. He secured the look by spraying the hair with Fekkai Coiff Sheer Hold Hairspray.

All products by Fekkai: Fekkai Bouffant Lifting and Texturizing Spray Gel ($25), and Fekkai Sheer Hold Hairspray ($25). Available at Fekkai.com and Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue stores.

Michelle Trachtenberg’s New Dark ‘Do is Courtesy of an At-Home Colour!‏

As seen in this week’s US Weekly, when actress Michelle Trachtenberg decided to take her hair color darker this fall, she didn’t head to the salon… she turned to John Frieda® Precision Foam Colour, taking her naturally medium brown hair to a rich, deep brunette shade.

“I love my colorist, but between traveling and shooting I don’t always have time to make it to the salon,” explains Trachtenberg. “I trust John Frieda® Precision Foam Colour to deliver color as even and shiny as salon color, and I can find my favorite shade anywhere my work takes me. Plus it’s so simple—the foam is so thick, you can feel it covering every strand giving even coverage from root to tip. Amy Adams: “Since having Aviana, I have a muffin top, and that’s okay”

Amy Adams is InStyle’s December girl. Amy is promoting her new movie, ‘The Muppets’. I love Amy Adams. She’s one of my favorite celebrity moms. She’s just so cute and down to earth! She looks like she actually takes care of her kids herself, doesn’t walk to the park with the nanny…but I could be wrong.

Balancing her career, her engagement and motherood: “I have to trust that I can prioritize my family and myself while still finding the energy and focus for my work. And I believe I can. I know I can.”

Losing the pregnancy weight: “I read about these actresses who get on a stationary bike two weeks after giving birth and I’m like, ‘What? Where did you push your baby out of?’ Since having Aviana, I have a muffin top, and that’s okay right now.”

Motherhood: For Adams, motherhood has meant forgoing the makeup, putting off the pampering, and embracing the dried cereal all over her car. Fortunately, she adds, it has all paid off in the long run. “I’m definitely not one of those women who make it look easy. I’m always running late — and look, there’s guacamole on my purse! But I’m more patient than I ever thought I would be, and I’m not so hard on myself anymore.”

She will marry Darren Le Gallo: They have yet to tie the knot, the couple — who divide household duties between themselves; Adams does laundry while he washes bottles — admit the nuptials are likely to be sooner rather than later. “I’ll say to Darren, ‘What do you think of May?’ and he’ll say, ‘May. Ha, ha. You just let me know.’ I just can’t decide!” she laughs, despite her opinion that marriage is not “the only way to sustain a relationship. I am putting more pressure on myself now that we have Avi. I’ll figure it out soon.”

Date nights: “[They include] a lot of food and maybe a glass of wine,” she reveals. “We’re always like, ‘It’s 11:30! Woo-hoo! We’re crazy!’”

Defining herself: “There’s danger in defining your identity. I accept that life is a series of transitions. You think you know who you are, but then something comes along to make you question everything.”

Keeping clothes from her movies: “I do have a pair of gorgeous Christian Louboutins that I wore in Leap Year. They’re stored in their little dust covers in a box in my closet.”
