What did you think of Lorde’s black fingertips at last night’s Grammys?

Lorde made her Grammy debut last night – and what night it was!

She performed her breakout hit “Royals” at the Staples Center. Wearing a sleeveless white shirt, and black pants, the singer belted out her famous song. She sounded AMAZING. I think I liked the live version of the song better!

As I watched her sing (my son said she looked like she was going to be sick the whole time), all I could do was stare at her black fingertips. She dipped the tips of her fingers in black paint, which she removed before hitting the stage to accept her award.

Her gorgeous dark lips came via M∙A∙C products. If you want her exact lip color, use M∙A∙C Heroine Lipstick mixed with Cyber Lipstick and M∙A∙C Vino Lip Pencil.

Although we didn’t see her typical curly mane — we loved her loose, very slightly wavy locks! The center-part was also a nice touch to complete the look. Her hair was done by Jen Atkin.

I LOVE THEM!! And I love her! She’s gorgeous!

How many of you watch ‘Shameless?’ I do … so good. I have a girl-crush on her.

Get the Look: Camila Alves at the Critics’ Choice Awards‏

19th Annual Critics' Choice Movie Awards - Arrivals

Brazilian beauty Camila Alves sizzled on tonight’s Critics’ Choice Awards red carpet with a sleek and chic knot by NYC-based celebrity hairstylist Peter Butler.

Here, Butler breaks down Camila’s hairstyle:

  1. First, Butler applied John Frieda Frizz Ease Curl Reviver Mousse to Camila’s wet hair and blew it dry. He applied a couple drops of new John Frieda Frizz Ease Nourishing Oil Elixir to smooth out frizz for ultimate sleek locks.
  2. Next, he parted her hair down the center. For the cleanest part possible, he used a flat iron at the hairline.
  3. Then, Butler applied a few drops of John Frieda Frizz Ease Expert Finish Polishing Serum and ran a comb through Camila’s hair to make it as sleek as possible as he shaped it into a low ponytail. For added shine he misted John Frieda Frizz Ease 100% Shine Glossing Mist. An expert tip is to spray hairspray onto a haircolor brush and comb hair from root to ends for an even, sleek look.
  4. Lastly, using three large pins, Butler twisted hair into an off-center knot around the base of the ponytail, leaving the ends out. To lock in style, he sprayed John Frieda Frizz Ease Moisture Barrier Firm Hold Hairspray.
