Liv Tyler reveals her beauty secrets!

Liv Tyler is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful actresses out there. She has a natural beauty that most people would kill for! (Or at least spend tons of money trying to emulate!)

The face of Givenchy and Incredible Hulk star opened up about her punk rock mother and ‘impeccable’ grandmother and how they have influenced her beauty regime over the years.

In an interview with Elle, the leggy brunette told how her mother, model-turned-singer Bebe Buell, used to pin edgy skull-shaped earrings onto her dressing room wall.

‘Very Desperately Seeking Susan,’ Tyler called it.

Her etiquette-teaching grandmother however was a real treasure trove of information when it came to beauty care, Tyler revealed.

‘She taught me a lot about grooming, always smelling good, and taking extra time to care for yourself, even when you’re being natural,’ she said.

One of these lessons was how to run a white nail pencil under her nails while taking a bath to ensure the tips were kept clean and bright.

Such tiny details perhaps explain how the star always looks so effortlessly striking both in casual attire and on the red carpet.

Known for her trademark Tyler pout and thick mane of glossy hair, the actress confessed that she likes to watch the experts and pick up tips as she goes along.

When it comes to her keeping her locks healthy she admits she doesn’t try emulate her father’s approach to hair care.

‘I use a lot of conditioner – like, a whole handful – and I leave it on for a long time. It makes my hair really soft and fluffy,’ she said.

‘We have really different hairstyles,’ she continued. ‘He has a lot of things sewn into his hair, little jewels and stuff, and he likes to bend his head forward and blow it with two blow-dryers to get lots of volume in the roots, while I like to wear mine straight and flat.

‘But we’re always comparing face creams and masks – he has cupboards full of them.’

For her part, her skincare routine is indeed thorough but when she can she likes to give her skin a boost by drinking and eating well.

‘I’d love to do a juice cleanse, but it’s hard when you live in New York and have a child and a job,’ she lamented. ‘So I just try to drink a lot of fresh juices, especially cucumber, with my regular food – I feel like it makes my skin look more radiant and hydrated.’

Whatever she’s doing – she needs to keep on doing it, because it’s working! I’m going to have to steal a couple of these tricks for myself!

Brooklyn Decker turns up the heat in this new GQ photo shoot!

Brooklyn Decker is a model, actress, and married to tennis star Andy Roddick. She’s everywhere right now, including the pages of GQ Magazine, looking hotter than ever (in my opinion). In order to promote her new films, ‘Battleship’ and  ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting”, Brooklyn sat down (and lounged around) with GQ in a new interview.

Here are the gorgeous pictures, along with some of the interview. You can see more pictures – and read the full interview here:

On Kristen Wiig.

“I feel like her character is my inner soul,” she explains now. “The ways she acts are my inner thoughts, but I just can’t express them because they’re too nerdy. So if he was calling her crazy, I guess that makes me slightly crazy.”

On supporting Gisele Bundchen, after she was slammed for trashing her husband’s (Tom Brady) teammates:

“I have a top-five list, and Gisele is my number one. So she can do no wrong in my eyes.” Hold on—what kind of list is this, exactly? “Well, everyone has a top-five list of their biggest crushes, you know?” says Decker. “Usually, it’s guys on my list, but Gisele is just so perfect in every way.”

On some of the “favorite” the men in her life:

One guy who didn’t make Decker’s list: Taylor Kitsch, her co-star and love interest in this month’s board-game-to-movie-blockbuster Battleship. Decker talks about the Friday Night Lights actor almost fraternally, labeling his habits (dirty jokes, hockey addiction, general Canadian-ness) as “Kitschisms.” “But you probably shouldn’t quote that—like, make it into an official noun or anything,” she says, “because then it’s going to make his head really big.”

Decker gets bashful only once during the conversation: when she’s pestered for more names in her top five. She finally agrees to share one more, and the reason for her reluctance crystallizes the moment she utters the name Dave Matthews. “Yeah, I know. I know.” She talks through the shocked silence. “I know! I know, I know. My husband is really gonna make fun of me for this.” For once, the men of America are on Andy Roddick’s side.

Nicki Minaj launching her own fragrance!

Of course she is.

Nothing surprises me anymore in the world of perfumes. Who DOESN’T have their own fragrance line these days?

Nicki Minaj is launching a fragrance! The rap superstar’s first scent will roll out to stores this fall. “I designed the bottle and scent with by Barbz in mind,” Minaj told WWD of her new venture. And if her colorful wardrobe and high-octane hair hues are anything to go by, we’re expecting to see a bottle decked out in the boldest of colors. This isn’t Minaj’s first foray into beauty—the rapper launched a line of nail polishes with OPI last year, along with two MAC lipsticks.
