It’s official: Kate Hudson has reached ultimate Hollywood Golden Girl status.

Just this morning, Revlon Inc. named the fun-loving actress Almay’s new Global Brand Ambassador.

In her new role, Kate will appear in television, print and internet ads worldwide with her first campaign for the brand scheduled to debut later this year.

As a gloss addict I was excited to try Almay’s new pure blends lipgloss. I got a tube in fig, a super cute  color and I loved how it looked on. Unfortunately the moment I applied the smell was overwhelming (think black panther in Anchorman) it was so strong I couldn’t stand to wear it.
