We have cold dark winters in the NW and waking up can be such a challenge some mornings. I was really excited to be chosen to review the Philips Wake Up Light. The first two nights I was so excited to wake up with the light I actually woke up before it went off. But once I chilled out I was pleasenly surprised, I use the bird setting and by the time the birds are chirping I would feel awake and ready to get up.
I also noticed it helps my mood, I wake up and feel more alert and chipper. Its such a nice break from the winter morning grumpies and I know my family appreciates it!
