We have cold dark winters in the NW and waking up can be such a challenge some mornings. I was really excited to be chosen to review the Philips Wake Up Light. The first two nights I was so excited to wake up with the light I actually woke up before it went off. But once I chilled out I was pleasenly surprised, I use the bird setting and by the time the birds are chirping I would feel awake and ready to get up.
I also noticed it helps my mood, I wake up and feel more alert and chipper. Its such a nice break from the winter morning grumpies and I know my family appreciates it!

Here’s a sneak peek at the Daphne Guinness Collection, by MAC, which draws inspiration from pigeon’s blood and the Italian artist Duccio (among others). The new line will be available the day after Christmas.
Daphne is an heiress of the Guinness family. She was also named in the International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame in 1994.
Erin and I went to see ‘Twilight: Breaking Dawn’ last night – and one thing we both agreed on without a doubt was how stunning Bella’s wedding gown was. She looked phenomenal!
Now, you can get her dress – for only $799! That’s an amazing deal!
If you weren’t one of the millions of people who flocked to see “Breaking Dawn” this weekend, but still want to see Bella’s wedding dress, you’re in luck!
Alfred Angelo unveiled his exclusive licensed replica of the Carolina Herrera gown today, which looks exactly like the one Kristen Stewart wears in the film.
The dress, which is marketed under the Twilight Bridal by Alfred Angelo label, will be available in sizes 0 to 30W in stores at $799 each. Click here to find out where to get one.
What do you think of the dress? We’re loving the intricate lace embellishments and daring cut-out back — but the front leaves us wanting more.
I think you should buy it. I promise not to tell anyone it’s from the Twilight line!
PS: Have you seen Breaking Dawn yet? We’re dying to know – what did you think? I thought it was pretty bad, really, but I still liked it. It’s cheesy and corny – and completely laughable…. but that’s why we love Twilight, isn’t it?
