Christmas comes twice this year!

My mailman is my new best friend he just brought me two of the brand spanking new Bare Escentuals eyeshadows. I have been so excited since I heard about these and let me tell you they live up to my expectations. All the greatness of the original but now in a solid for beauty addicts like myself who can’t seem to master loose powder without fallout.

The pigment is amazing and the shadow just glides on  there is a very smoothing element to the shadow that feels great. I love the color combos and can’t wait to try more. Check for these to be available in store and online in October the 2.0 shadow will retail for $20 and the 4.0 shadow will be $40.

My favorite of the two pallets has to be The Enlightenment. They look a little like your average old  colors  but once on your eyes bazinga gorgeous rust and copper sparkles emerge that blend with the luminescent sand.

Finally a liquid liner that anyone can use.

I love the look of liquid eyeliners but try as I might I an never get the line right and  get frustrated and go back to my pencil. Borghese was kind enough to let me try their Linea Precisa Liquid Eyeliner and I am thrilled that even I can use it like a pro!

For the first time I was able to draw two perfect lines! The felt tip applicator is stiffer than most pens I have tried and was the trick in drawing a straight line. I found the pen very easy to work with and I could manipulate it to make a thin or thicker line. If you have had trouble mastering liquid eyeliner you owe it to yourself to give Borghese Linea Precisa a try.

Long-lasting and water resistant, the eyeliner goes on precisely and flawlessly thanks to its easy-glide felt tip applicator. Eyeliner will not smudge or run, and adds shape and definition to any eye. The result: an elegant and polished finish.

Ali Landry Bares Her Baby Bump for Ad Campaign

Is it just me or does Ali Landry look more like Fergie in this picture?

Hollywood Mom Ali Landry Is Palmer’s Latest Spokesperson!
Pregnant Star Cast in Ad Campaign for Stretch Mark Products

Actress and Hollywood mom Ali Landry announced that she will be the new spokesperson for the Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula stretch mark products’ national print, television and radio ad campaign. The new face (and belly!) of the cult classic skin care brand, proudly bared her baby bump yesterday in Los Angeles during the ad shoot, which will showcase Landry, her baby bump and how she’s used Palmer’s throughout her pregnancy.

The campaign will also mark the debut of the brand new, advanced formulations of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Stretch Mark products, such as Massage Lotion and Cream for Stretch Marks and Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks. The advertisements are projected to run on broadcast outlets and in major magazines from January 2012 to January 2013.

Due in October with her second child, Landry has strived to keep her skin in tip-top shape while carrying her new addition. She joins a list of other expectant moms that have shown off their pregnant bellies in past Palmer’s ad campaigns including Samantha Harris, Laila Ali, Angie Everhart and Emily Procter.

“Pregnancy can be really taxing on your body and this being my second child, I wanted to make my skin a top priority,” said Landry. “The Palmer’s Advanced Formula stretch mark products have become my pregnancy skin must-have to keep my belly, arms and legs camera-ready, so I look as great as I feel!”
