Lancôme & Glamour Present Fashion Week Mobile Taxi Shops!

Lancôme is preparing to kick off a first-of-its-kind partnership with Glamour and we’re so excited to share it with you. During NYC Fashion Week, a fleet of Lancôme-sponsored Mobile Taxi Shops will offer complimentary rides anywhere in Manhattan while you shop the latest Lancôme trends from the back seat—all with just a couple of clicks of your phone.

How it works:
· From February 9th to February 13th, look for The Lancôme Taxi Shop taxis for your chance to hop in and enjoy the experience.
· Hail a branded taxi, or stop by a Glamour taxi stand at 3 locations: Lincoln Center, The Standard Hotel and Condé Nast.
· Lancôme Mobile Taxi Shops will operate daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and take passengers to any Manhattan destination free of charge. (A purchase is not required for a ride.)
· Each taxi will have a two-minute video demonstrating one of two Lancôme looks: The Bold Lip or Easy Eyes, both starring Lancôme makeup artist Tarek Abbas.

· To shop with your phone in the Lancôme Mobile Taxi Shops, follow these 3 easy steps:
#1: Download the Glamour Friends & Fans app at The App Store or Android Market.
#2: To purchase a product or look, hover your phone over the SnapTag in the taxi.
#3: Check out via the app and you’re done!

Amanda Seyfried Glamour’s March 2012 Cover Girl.

Amanda covers Glamour’s March 2012 issue in a floral top by Pierre Balmain, blue jeans by Hudson, and Candy Ice jewelry. Photography by Ellen Von Unwerth:

For the March issue, Amanda Seyfried sat down with writer Jada Yuan to talk about everything from making movies to making babies, and of course, a little chat about boys.

On whether Dominic Cooper was the last guy she loved:
“My God, yeah. He was my last real boyfriend. We still joke about having kids, like, ‘If it doesn’t work out with other people, we might as well just have a child.’ And there’s a part of that that feels … possible.”

Glamour: Have you been thinking at all about kids?

Amanda: Oh yeah, I think about kids all the time. I feel like the next person I commit to, that’s going to be the guy who I’m going to have kids with. That’s in my crazy female brain. So that’s why I’m like, “I can’t commit.”

Glamour: [After you broke up with Dom] You were mostly dating noncelebs. Was that hard?

Amanda: You learn very quickly what people are so enamored with, and it’s not necessarily me.

Glamour: It’s just the fame?

Amanda: I think it’s all the bullshit of the idea of someone who’s famous, which seems more exotic than the fact. You have to be careful whom you date, but I had a great time this summer.

Glamour: Are you going through the, how shall I say, “twenties slut” phase? [Laughs.]

Amanda: No! I’m terrified of being promiscuous. I don’t like the feeling you get when it’s not something that you truly want to do, and I hate the emotional abuse you give yourself afterward. It’s just uncomfortable when you’re with somebody and you’re like, “I don’t really know if I’m even comfortable with this. Why did I? Eww!” I think dating can come without sex.

Glamour: You are blowing some minds right now.

Amanda: I think that’s a really fun way to do it. Right now I’m happy to not have someone’s naked body around me. Except for my dog’s. [Laughs.]

Glamour: You have said you would never date your In Time costar Justin Timberlake. Why’s that?

Amanda: Oh, I think any female that meets him at first is like, “I want to date you.” He seems so perfect, but you get to know him, and he’s a good pal. He’ll tell you what he really feels. But, you know, he’s really famous, which has its downsides.

On if she feels competitive with other young actresses:
“Yeah, sometimes. But the funny thing is, the girls that I’m always up against for roles are pretty nice and cool, like Emma Watson. She’s awesome. She’s really funny and smart. And Carey Mulligan. It’s flattering to be up against her because she’s really good, and she’s cool too…I think the era of the diva actress is coming to an end.”

On watching Linda Lovelace’s Deep Throat:
“What surprised me is the amount of pubic hair! I’m pretty sure I would never do a full frontal in a movie – for personal reasons, I wouldn’t really want to show that.”
