Review: Alterna Caviar CC Cream for Hair

I have been trying to grow my hair out and after a summer spent out swimming and playing in the sun my hair was a bit lackluster. From being a bit dull, to split ends and dryness I was worried I was going to have to do a major chop to repair my hair. When I was offered a sample of the new Alterna Caviar CC Cream I jumped at the chance to try it out.

After washing my hair I need just a dime sized drop and it works easily through my hair. At first I thought it wasn’t working because it was so light and it didn’t feel like I had put anything in my hair. Test #1 I let my hair air dry with my natural curls. My hair dried well and my curls were soft and frizz free. Test #2 I blow dryed my hair and used a straight rod curling iron. Now this was the biggest show of this amazing product. My hair is highlighted and naturally curly and it gets dry really easily. Generally when I blow dry my hair it looks a little dry and by the end of the day frizzy and messy. I did my hair at 6am for my test and 10pm when I got ready for bed my hair was still soft and silky even the ends. This is a really great product if your hair is in need of a little TLC.
