Lindsay Lohan’s estranged half-sister has gone and done something awfully creepy! She spent $25,000 to look like her older sister.

Ashley Horn, 18, told In Touch Weekly what all she had done to look like her sister. “I’ve gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement undeneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks,” she said.

She underwent the major transformation in five procedures. She said her ultimate goal was to look like Lindsay – in the good ol’ days. “My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old,” said Horn, who is hoping to launch her own Hollywood career.

“I’m hotter than Lindsay!” she said. “I have no problem saying that.”

Ashley is the love child of Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan. His paternity test was confirmed last year on the “Trisha Goddard” show. Her mother, Kristi, hooked up with a married Michael Lohan – who was with Lindsay’s mom, Dina, at the time.

“I’m not Lindsay,” she insisted. “I wasn’t raised in that family.”

She said she does not have a relationship with her 27-year-old half-sister and has no plans to forge one.

“I don’t drink, do drugs or party,” Horn said. “I like being a responsible person.”

Lindsay first learned of her half-sister in a November 2012 interview on ABC’s “Good Morning America” when she was asked a surprise question about her father’s illegitimate daughter.

“I didn’t even hear that, so thanks,” Lindsay said at the time. “I don’t read the news. I don’t pay attention to that. I don’t really want to get into that. I want to stay on the positive side of things.”

I’m sorry, but I can’t think of many things more pathetic than this. Plastic surgery to look like Lindsay Lohan? Are you kidding me? Desperate much?
