Jennifer Garner lands the September cover of Allure Magazine, talks Ben & Botox!

Jennifer Garner may be married to one of Hollywood’s biggest actors, but she wants you to know she’s still her own unique person. In the September issue of Allure Magazine, the 42-year-old actress reveals that she sometimes attends events without husband Ben Affleck in a bid to keep her individuality.

“It’s a very conscious decision,” she admitted. “It can be too much, I think, especially for women. They can really lose their identity and just become ‘wife of. Sometimes it’s a pain because my heels are so high and it would be nice to have his arm. And he’s such a great date!”

Jennifer and Ben, who have three children together,  met on the set of 2003′s “Daredevil.” Even though they starred together onscreen once, Jennifer says she never wants to do it again. “Really, you don’t want to see a couple onscreen,” she said. “People see paparazzi shots of us together all the time. There’s no mystery. … People are sick of us.”

She also confessed that she’s not interested in taking roles that requires her to make dramatic changes to her body. “There were times I had to watch every calorie that went into my body. Doing something like that again…it’s not exactly on the top of my list.”

She’s also not interested in Botox. “I have a big forehead, and I don’t want it to be like this slab, a big glacier.”

I love her. I always have…. started with ‘Alias’ and has continued since then. Sunday night I made my 11-year-old son watch ’13 Going on 30′ with me – and I realize how unbelievably gorgeous she is. She’s just so cute, and so beautiful, and seems SO down to earth. Having three kids in Hollywood – you still never see her with a nanny (which I really appreciate). She’s just do darn cute!

PS: My son LOVED the movie. :)
