Demi Lovato has made a drastic change!

The singer debut a new, shorter haircut on Twitter on Tuesday night. The 20-year-old chopped off her long hair for a shoulder-length cut. Either that, or she just removed her extensions. Who knows these days.

I think the short hair ages her A LOT…. but it is cute. “I love changing my hair a lot — I think it’s fun,” Demi once told the Allure magazine.
