Khloe Kardashian reveals her weight-loss secrets!

Slimmed down and sexier than ever, Khloé Kardashian tells Life & Style how she got her body in shape just in time for her debut on The X Factor.

“I’m working out consistently, three to five days a week,” Khloé reveals in the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now. “I’m not where I want to be…but it’s a lifestyle change.”

Khloé enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. “I write different workouts for every day,” he shares with Life & Style. “There is no routine — that’s the routine.”

“Her intensity is unbelievable,” Gunnar says about Khloé. “She’s there 20 minutes early and never stops for the entire 60 minutes.”

And though she’s re-evaluated her diet, deprivation will never be on Khloé’s menu. “I tried to cut out a lot of sweets,” she explains, but the new host of the The X Factor still allows herself to indulge—celebrating with steak, cake and rosé champagne at Boa on Nov. 1. “I’m just changing my diet slowly.”

“If I do too much too soon…I know I’ll go back and binge eat — and cry,” Khloé shares with Life & Style. “[Staying in shape] is always going to be a lifelong thing for me.”
