NEW from L’Oreal – Sublime Mousse by Healthy Look!

Do you dye your own hair? If you do – you’re gonna love this! If you don’t – this new product may make you change your mind!

The geniuses at L’Oreal have made dying your own hair as easy as applying shampoo. Seriously! Make Her Up is happy to introduce to you L’Oreal’s new way to dye hair – Sublime Mousse!

I was sent a box of L’Oreal Sublime Mousse to try for myself (color #41, Iced Dark Brown) and I was absolutely thrilled to try it! (PS: Why does my picture have an 80’s glow to it? Time to clean the lens…)

I dye my own hair, and I’ve always used L’Oreal products. One part of dying my own hair that I hate – is the mess. You get the drips down your face, on your ears, on the sink/counter/etc. (Okay – maybe I’m just messy!) But this new product takes away all of those issues!

It’s hair dye – in mousse form! How perfect is that? It’s a permanent conditioning haircolor – that makes your color look natural, your hair shiny and healthy!

Have grays (like moi)? No problem! This product covers your gray’s perfectly! I don’t know how this dye does it – but it seems to capture the highs and lows naturally found in your hair – my hair doesn’t look one-dimensional or flat. I looks great!

This product is so easy to use, it’s crazy. It comes out like a mousse – and is the simplest way to apply hair dye that I’ve seen yet. Just massage the product into your hair – no more parting or separating! The mousse expands once it’s in your hair – surrounding every strand, so even the hard to see back of your head – are easily covered!

In order to create the perfect product, L’Oreal did their homework!

Tried this over the weekend and loved it! Found your blog while searching for reviews on this product… Great site!

Bought the medium brown same as my hair color and it turned it black in parts, with very, very, dark brown in others, didn’t touch my medium brown roots or color over my gray. It also left my hair dull, lifeless and took away the shine. I could not dye my hair myself because of the multicolored result so I had to go to a salon and spend $150 to have it corrected. I am so mad, I cannot afford this amount, however, I cannot walk around with the worst dye job ever. Stay away from this product if you like your hair.

I recommend this to all of my friends who are going to dye their hair because it left my hair soft and shiny, and I will never go back to regular at-home dyes again. It is so easy to use, but you have to make sure that you get all of your hair as it is easy to miss some. Zulayh obviously couldn’t dye her hair right and missed the roots, you have to massage it into your hair like shampoo. Overall the color is very accurate and long lasting, and I love this dye. 5 stars.

After reading alot of negative reviews on this product I was a bit skeptical about using, but after using for the first time am so glad that I did. I am naturally dark mousey blonde with a few whites in the part line and usually just get some foils to hide the greys but 4 kids and fulltime work leaves little time to treat myself a trip to the salon so thought I would colour my hair myself. I chose Loreal sublime in intense hot brown and used 2 packs (i have alot of hair). I didn’t like the smell (was very strong), but application was very easy and foamed up well and gave a great even coverage. I had not washed my hair for 3 days to let the oils build up to give my hair a protective coating and after leaving the colour to develop for 30 mins am so happy with the results. My hair is shiny and soft and although a bit darker than I was expecting, it is still a gorgeous colour and i think it will fade a bit to be very simular to the colour on the box. I will definately be using this product again.
