Best Dressed at last night’s Golden Globe Awards!

There’s a lot of talk this morning about who looked the best and who looked the worst at last night’s Golden Globes. I agreed and disagreed – so I decided to make my own list! Here are my Top 10 Best Dressed from last night’s Golden Globe Awards! Vote with me – and see if you agree! (Do you think someone should have made my list that I didn’t mention? Speak up in the comments!)

It was hard for me to pick my Top Ten – because most all of the ladies looked amazing last night! I think my #1 favorite was Emma Stone. I know it’s unlikely – with all the really elaborate dresses – but I loved how simple and beautiful it was. It’s a gorgeous pink dress from Calvin Klein and it just fit her gorgeously.

My top ladies – in no particular order!

Emma Stone in Calvin Klein

January Jones in Versace

Scarlett Johansson in Ellie Saab

Amy Adams in Marchesa

Claire Danes in a custom Calvin Klein dress

Angelina Jolie in Versace

Natalie Portman in Victor & Rolf

Eva Longoria in Zac Posen

Olivia Wilde in Marchesa

New from Clarins Instant Smooth Line Correcting Concentrate

Clarins Instant Smooth Line Correcting Concentrate

Do you believe in magic? Clarins introduces Instant Smooth Line Correcting Concentrate; a portable magic wand that helps lines and wrinkles disappear in an instant! A favorite of Clarins Celebrity Beauty Artist, Pati Dubroff, this boosted formula corrects facial expression lines for a smoother, younger looking complexion and provides added skin firming and tightening benefits. Clarins new Line Correcting Concentrate can be applied directly to lines for instant touch-ups throughout the day. The high precision silicone tip targets the heart of the wrinkle to fill it in and smooth it away.

Instant Smooth tips from Clarins Celebrity Beauty Artist, Pati Dubroff:

A simple trick for using less foundation is mixing it with Instant Smooth. This gives skin a flawless, even tone, smoothes lines and wrinkles and helps your make-up stay on longer.
Use Instant Smooth over your foundation instead of Powder. Too much powder makes skin look dull and chalky!
To set your make-up throughout the day, apply Instant Smooth over make-up, on the t-zone and around the sides of the nose, to lessen redness, control shine and fill in lines and pores.
Use around the edges of lips to fill in lines and hold lipstick in place.
Portable for instant touch-ups on lines and wrinkles throughout the day.
For a smoother and younger looking complexion, immediately and over-time, apply the boosted formula with skincare benefits over expression lines near lips, eyes, brows and nose.
To prolong skincare benefits around the eye area, mix Instant Smooth with your eye cream to diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles for more youthful looking eyes.

A $7,000 facial?

Intstyle Magazine reveals Mila Kunis’s pricey $7,000 Golden Globes Facial

With Mila Kunis up for her first Best Supporting Actress nod at the Golden Globes this Sunday, all that excitement could get to a girl’s skin! No fear—Kunis’s esthetician, Scott-Vincent Borba (inset) has it under control. One of the ways he’s preparing Kunis is by testing his new, not-yet-available $7,000 facial named the HD Diamond and Ruby Peel on the Black Swan star. “I always do [this on] her skin, neck, décolleté, arms, and the back of her hands—anything that will be possibly showing with her dress,” Borba told InStyle.

This treatment actually uses the gemstones in its name; the rubies act as the antioxidant and the diamonds provide a topical sheen, and he tops it off with a peraffin silk fiber facial. Borba also has her suck on an ice cube during the process, a trick that helps decrease puffiness. “Mila is one of my muses,” said Borba, who also works with Ashley Greene and AnnaLynne McCord. “She’ll test my stuff before everyone else and give me feedback.” For tips on how to get the Golden Globes glow at home, check out Borba’s new book Skintervention.

Better before or after?

Lauren Conrad from MTV’s “The Hills” fame arrived at the Covergirl 50th Anniversary Party sporting new brown locks. What do you think of her new look? I can’t say I like it or don’t it looks so similar to her usual style.  I wish she would get a bit wild and try a bolder color or fun haircut.  It’s all just a little boring….
