I recently had the opportunity to try a sample of the Profound Beauty shampoo and conditioner. I am a huge fan of the styling cream and serums (hello curl cream!) and was interested to see if the cleansing products could impress me as much. I really liked how they breakdown the products for each specific need to make a more personalized pair that was right for my hair.

I tried the 90 shampoo and 10 conditioner and they are doing wonders for my hair. With really curly hair I seem to either be too dry or too weighed down by most cleansers. Profound Beauty 90/10 really balanced my hair out, conditioning it enough so my hair wasn’t dry but didn’t over condition weighing down the curls. And let me tell you these products smell delicious! I am so sad I am near the bottom and I have been shaking the bottles like a salt shaker trying to get every last drop.

“We just do our own thing and it always seems to work. He has such great style. I get ideas from a lot of his clothes for the women’s clothing line, because I like that kind of mixture. I use a lot of stuff in his closet. I’ll be, like, ‘Ooh, we should do a girl version of this!’”

“No, I wear it all the time! I wear pink, I wear gloss, I wear everything, but my husband prefers when I wear red, so I want him to like me still! I remember the first time I ever wore dark lipstick. I was maybe 18 and I can remember the moment I put it on – in my Honda Prelude that I bought for like, $3,000 [about £1,950] – and looking in the mirror going, ‘Good, I like that’. Never again did I stop wearing it.”

Another day, another celebrity fragrance! Here is the first look at the Sk8ter Boi singer’s new fragrance, Forbidden Rose. Last year she released her fragrance Black Star.

It’s supposed to smell of red apple, winepeach, black pepper, lotusflower, heliotrope, shellflower, praline agreement, sandalwood and vanilla. Sounds exotic! Just like with Black Star, there is a detachable ring accessory under the rose cap.
