Jennifer Aniston’s Perfume Name: Lola Vie

Jennifer Aniston has a sense of humor.

A rep for the actress, 41, confirms to that her first fragrance will be named Lola Vie, which roughly translates into “laughing at life” in French.

Another tabloid incorrectly reported it as “Lola V.”

“I’ve worked on it for over a year,” Aniston recently said of her scent to London’s Capital Breakfast Show. “When they asked, I don’t think they really expected me to be [so] picky. But you’ve got to have it smell right.”

Women’s Wear Daily first reported that the Falic Group, which will release Eva Longoria Parker’s scent, Eva by Eva Longoria, this April, is behind Aniston’s perfume.

The Bounty Hunter star is also a spokeswoman for Glaceau’s SmartWater.

I love the name! Soooo glad she didn’t name her fragrance something ultra-romantic or after herself.

Ok…Lola vie does nto even LOOSELY translate to Laughing at life, unless you are considering only the life part of the name. Life = vie in French but Lola DOES NOT MEAN laughing in french in ANY way.

How do I know…I speak french…c’est ma langue maternelle…my mother tongue.

Take it easy… it possibly translates … lol (lola) = laughing out loud (internet speak) vie = life (french)
