Question: Hi! I am trying to order my free orchid. I have a gift card that Macys gave to me when I purches Euphoria perfume. Can you tell me how to order the orchid. — Yola

Answer: Hi Jocelyn, the website is on the back of the card and they just have to scratch off the barcode (like a lotto ticket) and enter that promo code. Thanks! — Jamie

    I’m also not seeing the box to put in my promotion code…the webstite provided on the back doesn’t have anything and I’ve tried the phone number but it doesn’t connect…

    I found out how to get it by just calling 1800-800-7788 which is the customer care number for Calyx Flowers :) (after I couldn’t find the form on the website and the phone number on the card didn’t work)
