The shampoo did its job, cleaned. Next, the conditioner was a huge disappointment for me. I'm used to using moisture conditioners - HUGE fan of them, but this is terrible on fine/medium hair. While using it in the shower, I found that it was a weird consistency, leaving a residue on my hands AND hair. I shouldn't have to rinse. And rinse. And rinse...and rinse - still leaving the slick and sticky residue on my hair. Once dry, my hair looked dirty and was unmanageable. One thing I can definitely agree on - the smell; it smelled great!
