Orlando Bloom’s girlfriend Miranda Kerr strikes a pose at the Victoria’s Secret Model Launch event at The Grove on Tuesday (March 10) in Los Angeles.

The 25-year-old Aussie model was joined by Namibian model Behati Prinsloo and former Project Runway designer Christian Siriano.

The trio helped launch a beauty line from PINK, a sub-brand of Victoria’s Secret geared towards high school students and college undergraduates.

Lindsay Lohan’s 6126 leggings line was a smash hit, so it only makes sense for her to follow it up with a line of self-tanner, launching April 15. Sticking to numerical nomenclature, LiLo decided to call the self-tanning mist Sevin Nyne, a play on her favorite numbers (methinks this is such an idiotic name…if you care). Originally Lohan planned to launch Sevin Nyne under Stay Gold LLC, the company she founded along with three other ladies for her 6126 launch, but for some mysterious reason, those plans fell through, aptly named though that company may be.

Lindsay devised the product with Lorit Simon, a “tanning expert” who has bronzed the starlet over the years for events and fashion spreads. DHA is the active ingredient, and the spray doesn’t contain any chemicals. Other ingredients include caramel, Chardonnay extracts, gogi berry, and a sugar-coconut base. The color lasts for four to five days, which isn’t very long, so you’d have to buy a lot of it to stay tanned sans sun for the summer.

The Sevin Nyne website is slated to launch in about 45 days when products are available April 15th on sephora.com. Product enters Sephora on May 1 for a six-month exclusive and retail for $35.

Week 2

Sticking to a whitening schedule had been easier than I would have guessed.
