I am not against the idea of a lower lash mascara I do have a hard time using mascara on my lower lashes without feeling like Tammy Faye but I don’t know that I would use a second mascara for it. Maybe if it came in the same tube on the opposite end of my regular mascara but I worry it would dry out before I could use it.

To be fair Tarte’s bottoms up is getting good reviews on Sephora I am just not sure I want to buy two tubes of mascara to complete my daily look. What do you think?

Euphoria has long been one of my favorite fragrances, it is the perfect sexy scent without being overpowering.
