I use it on many mornings as I fly out the door to work. Its keep my mildly greasy hair looking clean and shiny. I only caution that you follow the directions and keep the spray bottle several inches away from your head. Otherwise, if you're a brunette like me you'll get a white coating of powder on your scalp.
