I live in South Florida, so if I can wear this foundation here (in this heat and humidity...[YUCK] ) then you can definately wear it anywhere. I love it. The only draw back is that there are not that many shades for women of color...sooo i had to purchase one of his liquid bronzers...BEAUTIFUL results!!!
