Amanda,

You didn't describe your skin, but I have always had the same problem with shadows. Here's how MAC fixed that for me. I start with a light coat of MAC Prep+Prime (eye). It contains silica which dries like an incredibly fine powdery cover. This helps to control the oil and moisture that leads to creasing. I have very oily skin, even on my eyelids which I'd never really thought of as being subject to oil. Follow that with a very light layer of a MAC paint (tube or pot) to act as a base color before applying shadow. Try using non-cream based shadows, if you still experience any fading or creasing.

My eyes stay perfect from morning until bedtime. Try the waterproof eyeliner pencil too!! Imagine...nothing to touch up during the day but my lips!!!

Amanda,

This eyeshadow goes on with a slightly tacky feel it's closest to an eyeshadow base in my opinion. Once it dries it feels smooth and you can't tell it's there but I don't think it would crease it's a lot heavier than normal cream shadows. The only other thing I can thing of is try an eyeshadow base.
