Eva Green on the red carpet at the Golden Compass world premiere in London. What do you think of her makeup? Is it too severe or ok for a red carpet event? What I don’t understand is why she has really light foundation from her chin to her eyebrows and her forehead looks bare?

ack! Her make up is way too heavy, no matter what time of day or event. You can even see her lines around her mouth which means she’s got too much product caked on :(

I think she looks smolderingly sexy. Maybe a touch more powder on the forehead to even it out. Not everyone could pull this off. Her sexiness comes from within.

While I love smoky eyes, it’s just too much black on the bottom. And the bare forehead does look kind of weird. If she just swiped off a little of the under-the-eye liner, I’d like this look much better.

I think she looks fine. I love smoky eyes. You can’t go to a red carpet event with “natural” makeup. You’d look completely washed out.

One more thing. Remember that flashes blanch out foundation. Maybe she looked a lot better in normal light.
