Directions:
Shake the bottle well before using. Squeeze one drop of the fluid onto the powder shadow. Payoff extracts the pigmented particles of the shadow to become one with the formula, resulting in a creamy liquid eyeshadow. Apply the moistened eyeshadow to the lids with a brush, blending well. After use, the solution completely dries without damaging the shadow.
Such a great product I like that it’s not too expensive and it works with all your eye-shadows making them more versatile.

I would just like to add that you can get the same effect of this product by justing using a drop or two of water on your regular eyeshadow. I have been doing it for years and it does work! Just passing on the info!
