		<description>I haven't used Cargo's liquid eye shadows, but I have used the ones by Prescriptives. It is very easy to apply like Kelly said before me. It dries looking like powder, but its more intense.</description>

		<description>I prefer liquid eyeshadow. It lasts longer and usually doesn't crease. I've never used this particular one, but it is very easy to apply. Make sure you have a really good eyeshadow brush and start off using a very small amount; just a couple of small dots on the lid, and then blend. You can always add more if you didn't get enough</description>
